I feel like nobody gets training anymore for these jobs they just hire anyone and give them the store. A simple order could have been fixed the right way if people had better customer service skills.

This is the best Wendy's I have been to in the 5 years I have lived in GA. They were busy with a non stop long line at the drive thru and our food was correct with special requests. Everything was hot, fresh and fast. The crew working at 2300 last night were on point and deserve thanks from management.
I just wanted some breakfast before i start my work day ad a delivery driver. i was denied breakfast by Joshua the manager on duty at the time bc the inside wasn’t open.. mind you wasnt no cars in the drive tru ( my work truck wont fit ) and the time wax 9:45am

Got the chicken ranch wrap. They didn't put lettuce on it. So it was just slimy chicken, cheese ,and ranch. It was so bad I took 2 bites then got McDonald’s.
