Arrive to pick up an order and the fries are undercooked and soggy. Owner blames me for not being there when the order was prepared. That's the whole reason for placing a pick-up order.? I asked that they be recooked or substituted. He rudely refused. At this point, I no longer want the food because I refuse to spend money for rude service and I ask for a refund. He, again, rudely refused. I threw the food in their trash and disputed the charge on my card. I or my family will never be back.
Today was 2 nd time in the 2 weeks my order to not be everything what I ordered . First time I said its okay can happen but today when i saw that is not whole order i get mad. We order for whole office and the manager did not appreciate that! When i call John the manager was angry and start to scream on me how he have a lot of orders and didn’t want to lessen me . I was shocked!!! John to be a manager your customers are always in right!!! Even when they are not !!! You need to go to get that class, obviously you missed. I was charged twice and I didn’t get the salad both times !!! Rude!! Regarding the food is excellent when is completely the order!!! Thank you
