The worst zaxbys night shift closes 20 mins before closing time and to top it off they made all of us sit in the drive thru line until they closed then the cook come out and say sorry to all the cars but we closed. Ridiculous if you don’t want to work please find a new job. The managers too because I don’t understand how 1 car held up the drive thru until they was closed and I’m calling corporate.

Visited this location on Sunday February 25th and went through the drive thru but an associate said they was backed up on orders.There was no one inside the establishment and no one came to take my order for 15 minutes. This has happened plenty of times.

This zaxbys has to be the worst.We waited patiently in the drive thru for atleast 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us but that's not even the bad part. Finally get to the window to get our drinks which one was supposed to be peach tea and the other was a watered down coke. I mention that I had a peach tea and had received a regular sweet tea she apologized and thought I was just gonna leave in alone...no i want the peach tea i paid an extra dollar for. She asked for the sweet tea I had already drank from back...(CROSS CONTAMINATION) Get home for food that was thrown together barely any sauce on my kickin chicken with fries that were still Raw I kid you not. Saying this place is terrible is an understatement. And lastly I wish I would have gotten the workers name because she was rude af.

30 minutes in a drive-thru and my order was incorrectly taken, my food is not correct and I did not get what I paid for. This consistently happens at this location (Ellenwood, GA on Anvil Block). I ordered a wings and things, go big. No large cups. My large fry, which normally comes in a small separate box in addition to what's on the tray, was missing. I asked about it and they provide 8 extra fries in a box. I go in and the young lady on the inside states that I was given the appropriate fries for the meal. This is the only meal I eat at Zaxby's and I'm well aware of what comes on it. The young lady in the drive-thru didapologize for her error, which is admirable. I had to end up asking for a refund because I will not pay extra money and get less than what I consistenly receive at other locations. Terrible job on Zaxby's part. Consistency is key.
Needs thorough cleaning. Soda had spilled on the floor so long the floor was disclored. Apparently no one cleans the unkempt and trash filled area. Even the entrance doors were dirty.

The service at this locations is the worst!! The young lady at the front counter is a compete waste of pay. She stands their oblivious to anything! She was eating chips ignoring everyone at the counter. Absolutely no communication with people about why their food is taking so long. She has zero customer service skills and the managers should be ashamed that while some orders took 30 minutes, they were avoiding the people by hanging out in the kitchen instead of making sure the job was getting done.
