Had the classic with curly fries. Cooked perfectly and was ready before I could even fill my drink. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was clean. I'll be back!

So, a Roast Beef place runs out of roast beef on a Thursday? "it'll be ready in 15-20 minutes..." Piss-poor planning must be the way this store rolls...

Never made it to the food employees would rather be on phones than greet the walk ins. I live here and it's only going down hill.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. They were so sweet & kind. We were hesitant stopping here while traveling and were pleasantly surprised. We had a little wait cause we ordered a lot. They even offered us free food for our wait.
Very undercooked and cold food, tasted bad and looks close to visualy near raw! lid of French dipping sauce for French dip sandwich not secure tightly on dipping bowl in Arby's paper bag. Went to lift it out of bag and bowl fell and spilled sauce on shoe, possibly ruining it. Both sandwiches severely not what was expected. Honestly for Arby's sandwich it looked and tasted gross. In my opinion, the the staff needs higher pay there to do a better job. If they got paid more they'd care more about product control. Lower pay equals lower quality service. Franchisee owners need to quit being cheap and sacrificing product and staff quality to save afew measly overhead dollars.

They have one person there that can get things done correctly and that is one of the managers, Lisa. In the evenings they close the lobby at a certain time but there are no signs large enough to see the time, so you have to get out and walk to the door only to then have to go thru the drive thru. The late shift is usually a bunch of young people and it takes forever to pick up a door dash. Sat there a couple of nights ago for 20 minutes. That is longer than the entire dash should have taken me. No compensation for my time and it makes for a bad típ and bad rating. It would be nice if they could work out a system where they make the order when they get it, instead of waiting for the dasher to get there and then finally getting around to it. It would also be nice if someone could get them on task in the evenings so it doesn't seem like a party store. How do I wait 20 minutes for food that they are still cooking and then the order be cold? Doesnt make a lot of sense.

The Philly cheese steak was pleasantly good, I was unsure but I'm glad I talked myself into it. Made fresh and adding an order of jalapeño poppers was awesome.
