It is certainly worth a visit to see the historic Euharlee covered bridge. Euharlee is continually striving to preserve this historic area & have several informative signs containing the history of this area. Easy to find & parking is adjacent to the bridge.Soon, (as of this posting- Dec. 2023,) Drowned Valley Brewery will be right next to the bridge, so bring your thirst for some great local brewed beers.

Neat bridge with a few old buildings. You can walk across the bridge but cannot go in the buildings. There are plaques with historical info about the place. This is an especially nice little side trip if you are visiting the Etowah Indian Mounds Park. Also, be sure to stop into Nanny G's bakery by the bridge. We tried banana pudding cheesecake, peach hand pie, oatmeal cookie, and "the world's best" cookie. All were extraordinary!
