I have done business with them on a couple of occasions and this last time was nothing shy of unpleasant. Corresponded for 3 weeks and never received quote I asked them for numerous of times. Cost was not an issue I just needed to know that they would be able to and that my booking was secure and confirmed. Sent 2 emails, called 8-10 times over the 3 weeks and visited the bakery in person to purchase a sampling of macarons to choose flavors being that outside of the cake order my order included 4 dozens of macarons…will not be returning, will no longer be recommending, will no longer be ranting and raving about them. Now I’m left with trying to find someone to produce a cake a week before my brands launch event and someone to make almost 50 macarons. Owner called herself emailing at almost 10 pm after I was told I would receive a call from her earlier that day. Emailing at 10 pm…unprofessional, could’ve just saved that for a phone call the next day. Never heard of a business taking weeks to get a quote or invoice out.

Bayley was rude, blame me that I didn’t like a cake that she made( was horrible design, not what I asked them to do) and didn’t want us to communicate with the owner. 80$ for the most horrible cake I ever had! Thank you for ruin my child birthday party!

They made me some large hamburger buns, and they are outstanding! You can't find a large bun anymore, so I asked them to make some, and they are great!(That's a 10-inch paper plate)

The cake here is amazing! So many options and wonderfully crafted. We have employed Bottom Line for our wedding cake. Getting ahold of the person needed was a little challenging. They have a couple of locations and I think management is stretched pretty thin between the two. However, they got everything we needed in time with convenient online invoicing and payment. They have a wonderful tasting box that is certain to please. A lot of fun with my fiancé!Parking: None

They say that you can really feel the heart and soul of the chef when you enter a restaurant. This would be an understatement for this bakery. My family and I are absolutely OBSESSED with every cake that we've tried from Chef Kelsey and her staff. This is my go to spot for any celebrations.Also...If you haven't tried the fresh cinnamon rolls you're truly missing out. RUN don't walk !!!

Food is amazing and we used them for our wedding cake and not only did it look perfect but it tasted amazing and everyone went on and on about it. We got the biscoff flavor and it was great! Highly recommend for any sweets. Everything they sell is top notch and service is great they got the cake to us about 40 min away no problem! Thank you!
Bottom Line Bakery has amazing catering services. They have tasty, boxed lunches for corporate and government events. The staff are super helpful and kind. The owner is sufficient and amazing to work with. I really hope to get to work with them again.

Loved making a stop here! After s visit next door, I stopped here for a sweet treat. I had a cinnamon roll, which apparently is only served on Saturdays. It was perfect!! It was right in the line of not being bland , but also not being too sweet.Between us… it was better than Cinnabon’s!

Are you waiting for a sign that you deserve a treat? Especially a treat that is worth *every single calorie*?! HERE IS THE SIGN. I will admit I don't love brownies. They are fine, and different interpretations can be hit or miss for me. I tried the kitchen sink brownies at BL, and they are easily the best I've ever had. Cookies, cheesecake squares, lemon squares and raspberry bars- all warrant you giving them a taste. However the stars of the show IMO, are the cakes. You will be hard pressed to find some better in town. Death by Chocolate BischoffStrawberry Salted caramel Pecan Bourbon This week they had Chai and pumpkin as well! You can get two sizes of the cake slices. They also do some pastries, coffee and ice cream. To summarize:1. Worth breaking your diet2. Worth fighting Evans traffic
