The customer service at this chick-fil-a is horrible. It felt as if there was a problem for me even coming here and I don’t know any of the employees. Jason Adams or James Adams was the operator that worked on the drive thur and took my order. When we was waiting for the car in front of us to take our order he looked back at myself and family and gave his an intimidating look. I never been to a chick-fil-a like this. When he took my order he was just mumbling and he kept cutting me off. The atmosphere at this location is not professional at all. None of the employees greeted me and it seemed that they all had an issue. A region manager needs to come to this site. Jason Adams didn’t even let me know my payment method failed and when we got to the window they kept giving me wrong orders. I was ignored when pulled up to them.

Whoever owns this restaurant does not have the Chik-Fil-A customer service skills. No one greeted me as I walked through the door. Took an extra 30 minutes to get food. Trash all over the floor and behind the counter. I was door dashing for a customer and their food was not sealed up right. I said something to a female Korean woman and she told me, this establishment doesn’t do those things. I will not be visiting this one ever again

I Love Chick-fil-A, But I went to get my order and they said I was at the wrong Chick-fil-A, So I drove all the way to the other Chick-fil-A and they said I was supposed to go to the Chick-fil-A I was at the 1st Time = Gas is Not Cheap ?

I placed a mobile order. Went inside to pick up my order. I asked Bryce if I can have the drinks for my order while I wait on the food. He asked my name, I showed him my order in the app and let him know I wanted light ice(which I did put on the order as well). He went and made my drinks, put it on the back counter and then walked right past me. I didn’t say anything until he proceeded to walk past me again without my drinks again, mind you he made them and placed them placed on counter. When he was going back behind the counter I asked for my drinks again. He then goes to my drinks, says something to the guy making the food and said something to him and they both looked at me and laughed. I didn’t see anything funny but something was obviously funny to him and his coworker. Not the experience I expected. This is not my normal location and I will not be back. I did have to get my drinks remade because they were not made with light ice. Bryce, work on your customer service.

This is my worse experience ever at Chick-fil-A. Last night I went to Chick-fil-A in Evans Georgia. I waited in line for a long time & they proceeded to mess up my order. I asked for no pickles on my chicken sandwich however, when I finally got home after a long hard days work & took a bite out of my sandwich, not only was there pickles but there was extra pickles throughout my sandwich. On top of that, the other meal I had purchased for my significant other was fairly cold & not cooked fresh to order. I then went back up to the Chick-fil-A to have my order corrected to my liking & when I asked for the manager to show them where they messed my order up, the manager came off as uncaring while correcting my order. I also noticed that the lobby of this Chick-fil-A was extremely filthy. When I finally received my order, the manager handed me my food very rudely as if I did something wrong. After eating the food that night, we noticed something was offsetting. We woke up this morning & are now experiencing upset stomach & constant back & forth to the bathroom. This is upsetting because this is interfering with my day to day tasks at my job. Situations like this are very upsetting because what if I were allergic to pickles? All in all, I spent 25+ to 30+ dollars just for my order to be not up to my liking & the standard set by your establishment. I’m very disappointed as this is not normal customer satisfactory at Chick-fil-A.

I hate to agree with the customers who have complained about how nasty the inside of this location is, but I have to. We usually use the drive-thru, so we weren’t aware of how poorly managed the lobby is … until today. Every door was covered with fingerprints, every single booth was covered with trash/sauces, and the floor was wet/slippery in a number of places. For Chick-Fil-A, this is not okay. Someone needs to seriously fix this issue. Customers should not have to clean their own tables - unless they’re at McDonald’s.

This is the worst Chic-fil-a I have ever been to. They have the worst customer service possible. If you walk inside to pick up an order they ignore you and the 10 other people standing there waiting as well. They are also very rude. I’ve been going here for years and now I refuse to go there ever again. I had another experience where I ordered to go food from the app and i never received it after I had put in the order two hours prior. So I finally went up there and talked to the manager and he assured me that I would be refunded and get credit for a meal and another delivery. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt and said ok and thanked him. He knew I was very unhappy and he told me it would take 24 hours to receive my credit. So I waited two days and I got nothing. He just wanted me to get out of there and didn’t resolve my issue at all. I had to pull teeth to get my refund. I finally got in touch with the director and they handled it. It’s just sad because I’ve always viewed Chic-fil-a as a great outstanding company and that they have always had great customer service until I visited this store.

By far the worst Chick Fil A in the industry! Slow, rude staff! It’s like pulling teeth to even get acknowledged. You can also forget about ordering ahead!! Ordering well over 45 mins ahead, orders usually still aren’t ready to pickup in store. Might as well be a McDonald’s. Definitely does not live up to the Chick Fil A standards.

I love cfa but I've had things left out of my order lately.. so disappointing ? I had to go back in today to get the rest of my food.. not the first time. Always check your order before you leave. The staff is so nice though which is appreciated :)

Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A especially this location. I always ask for my daughter to get mac & cheese. They never give me my mac & cheese. They always give me fries and then I try to call the store. Nobody answers the phone I called four times nobody answered the phone. the worst Chick-fil-A in the CSRA.
