I have been coming to this store since they opened up and I have to say, I have witnessed the customer service level declined drastically, even though it hasn’t been open for that long.The drive through service is horrible in a sense of whoever on the other end do not want to be there and it does reflect on the service or doughnuts you ordered.I am a northeastern and DD is tradition for my and my family, but I am sensing that is not the case around here, and to be honest it doesn’t feel like it deserves my business to go back to.Those pictures you see, are from a order that i made which they thought it would be a smart idea to shove 8 doughnuts in a bag, and on top of each other to the point when I got home , the kids asked me which one is what. The glazed has the same amount of chocolate on it as the frosted ones, because they were just shoved together.

Very pretty store on the inside. The coffee always tastes watered down. Today I got half a dozen donuts. They gave me a chocolate frosted instead of a chocolate glazed. After my kids hands were already in the box taking their donuts I went in and let them know that one was not right. They took the wrong one and put it back on the shelf to give to someone else and then brought me the right donut. I am just so grossed out that I left the store with food, brought it back, and now you may have eaten that donut today ?

Got our order wrong and I told the girl at the window to hold on while I got my Dunkin app working so she could scan it and she did not wait. She was very rude and ruined my whole day… thanks a lot.

Honestly, I am surprised this place hasn't got any reviews at all. this is one of the best Dunkin donut shops in all of Evans. had no problems with their food. Their service or their ambience. Everything here is top-notch. and it's not often do I come to Evans but when I do. This is the place I choose when it comes to my coffee. This is one of the best dunkins in the CSR area. and if you haven't been to this 1 yet. I highly recommend it.
Do not buy the maple bacon croissant from this location. Tastes like plastic.

Not sure why this location still has not opened the lobby for service. I was given the wrong items in drive thru only and decided to walk into the store instead forcing myself back in line. Store employee stated we are drive thru only in a poor manner. Drive thru employees have been telling us lobby was still not repaired. Truth is lobby was perfectly fine. So again why are we not able to use the lobby?

I ordered all sprinkle donuts for my son's class.. I guess my mistake was ordering on the app because that is not what his teacher got. I didn't find out until he came home with extra donuts in his back pack that were not sprinkled. I also had to ask for the extra donut I ordered because they couldn't read the actual order. The inside is also closed and while I understand being understaffed not everyone wants to go through the drive through that is near the edge of a very large hill.
The doughnuts were good, and I really love having a DD here, and it's really nice inside. The only problem is they have closed the dine in, so you can only use the drive-through.

While the staff at this location are nice, this Dunkin is literally across the street from a Starbucks. I mention that because we go to Dunkin because they are just barely cheaper than Starbucks… Until you ask for a pup cup… Yes, this dunkin charges $1.08 for a really small cup with whipped cream that Starbucks doesn’t charge for at all. Not saying Dunkin is terrible for charging… they can charge for whatever they want… But I’ll just say this as feedback, an iced coffee at Starbucks costs about the same as one at Dunkin but I don’t have to pay extra for my dogs treat at Starbucks, where do you think I’m going to go for my iced coffee?

Friendly service. Kind of an inconvenient location. Hard to get into the drive-thru and turning left out of the entrance back onto Washington can be a challenge depending on the time. They haven't been open very long, but it seems they're already having inventory issues. Stopped by for a standard menu-item drink a few days ago mid-day and they were out of the ingredients.

Dunk! Your link to update phone number is broke. I get the dreaded “404 location not found” when I click it. So I can’t access my app to buy coffee. And I’ve been on hold 20+ minutes!!! Grrrrr! Fixxxxxx it! Caffeine depletion makes folks angry!
