I was trying to leave a review for the other store but it won't let me David and Jonathan are disrespectful to there employees. I have witnessed on two separate occasions one David gets upset because employee is nit doing uymt the way he wants it done and Jonathan this past Saturday night in the dining room gets a phone call steps outside to take the call. Whatever happened outside he came inside and started shouting to the employees that they needed to hurry up. Since Amber has moved the Martinez location has went to hell. Your team is only as good as the leaders . These leaders need to be better.

The crew here was outstanding!! I am pregnant and I guess it's a thing now that you can't eat cold cuts because of listeria. But you CAN if it's steamed. Well firehouse already steams there meats but they offered to double steam just to make sure!! Let me tell you this preggo lady was in pure heaven!! I have been craving subs since I got pregnant. And do you have any idea how hard it is to avoid those cravings!!?? Well they made me and baby super super happy!!Also this place is the cleanest restaurant I have been in. And the bathrooms were very clean too. Highly recommend visiting this place. And if your pregnant and worried about eating cold cuts , this is the place to go. Thank you for a wonderful date night ?

We have been there twice in the last two weeks. Always out of meatballs for meat ball sub. Engineer sub was a sloppy mess. The drive thru person has been extremely rude both times.

I went through the drive through, ordered the Engineer Sub and when I tell you they messed this order up. It was a sandwich with meat and ton of mayonnaise. Lastly, they gave a diet cherry lime aid. Its awful btw.

I loooove it here. We order from here all the time, carryout and sometimes delivery. Prices are pretty decent, food is always fantastic, and I've never had the slightest issue with my orders. I did in app order and paid online when I arrived it wasnt even ready and when I checked they forgot the dressing for my salad and i asked for extra cucumbers barely any in my salad and then lets not get me started on my sandwich I Had Steak and Cheese Less Bread !!! why I see nothing but Bread And Barely Any Meat on it I was so Disappointed in they Service and then they forgot to put my pickle spear they didnt even have utensils in bag i was So angry spent over $25 i was so unsatisfied and absolutely couldn't believe Firehouse Subs was so Weak and how they make they Salads and Subs

This is my son's favorite place to eat. He loves the turkey bacon ranch. I'm a little more partial to the hook & ladder. Both options are delicious and the service is consistent and friendly. The cookies and brownies are just okay.Parking: Parking has never been an issue for me here
