They have really good Hamburgers, but they are super expensive. Also the last time we went there, the burgers were very bland. Seemed like they didn't put much seasoning on the meat.

The ranch was so fresh. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. I used the ranch for dipping my fries. All the food was fresh and tasted great!

I've had the burgers before and they're great. Stopped in today for breakfast with my son and it was great. The biscuits are amazing!

The service was great, but the Burger lacked anything of substance to be remembered. They consider themselves to have the best burger in town, but it was just a plain, small burger. Nothing about the flavor or size stood out. It was just... okay.

The catfish tastes like lake water. The bread is stale and chewy. The fries have evidently been sitting out for an hour. An d i just paid $13 for it. They also charge a Convenience fee for using a card.Never again

Good place to get an Old Fashioned burger compared to other fast food places. Glad to get refills if you dining in.

First time visiting Garys. Before I even left the parking lot I decided I wasn't going to visit again. The cashier had zero customer service. When I got home and seen my food I had to call them and tell them I wasn't going to visit again. The young lady who answered couldnt of cared less. Put as much effort into the call as they did food.2 min drive to my place and every bit of food was soggy. Fries where soft, and my Philly looked like a soup sandwich. Mushy, smoothed together, and my philly had no cheese. Come on.....it's a Philly cheese steak!

Ordered a sandwich with no onions or peppers and the chick they had working there said we couldn’t get that way, very rudely. Will never ever go and spend my hard earned money at that place. I will go to the one on Washington rd which has awesome service and you can order your food the way you want it. She then butted in my personal conversation with my family and said rudely that this restaurant and the one on Washington rd do things different. Ya they keep their customers you cannot. Then the cashier goes back to whisper to the older lady behind counter. No Wonder you need help with her attitude ???

The "homemade" burger taste didn't really stand out to me at all. The patty wasn't as thick, similar to the thin frozen patties you get at the grocery store. Flavor was lacking. Fries were stale, also not much flavor. We were there at about 5:30pm or so and fries were barely warm. There just wasn't anything for me personally that I'd go back for.

First time here. Just ok burgers. Fries were absolutely nothing special. Could have done without them...honestly I'd rather have five guys or steak and shake...bummer cause I do like supporting local businesses.

Excellent, as always. I had the largest bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich today. Hot and fresh with fast and kind service. 10/10 recommend.

My husband and I have been here twice. Both times I've gotten the 1/3 lb cheeseburger and will get it again! Our first trip, my husband got some sort of a fish sandwich. (He was not impressed). Second time he ordered a hamburger and was happy w it. 5 stars because I think for the name "Gary's hamburgers " it's good. But take a note that places that specifically say a type of food (ie, hamburger) , maybe steer clear of the other options.

Fresh ground beef made into hand made patties. Excellent flavor, inside dining area always clean. After you eat here you'll never want to go the fast food places for a hamburger. Locally owned restaurants in the Augusta area.

Customer service could be a lot better here, and they almost never get my order right. I much prefer the Martinez location. All in all, Gary's is a solid, old-fashioned burger.
