We had an excellent evening. We were seated promptly for our reservation. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. And our meals were exceptional. It wasn't an inexpensive evening for two, but we came prepared to indulge. We had an exceptional experience and will be back for sure!

Excellent service and great food. Service was very attentive and food cooked to perfection. I love the cotton candy tree at the end

The wait staff was great, however, the food was very hit and miss. We ordered the steak medium but it came well done. The wagu dumplings were overly fried and dry. The mushroom soup was cold. The standouts were the King Salmon, shrimp vindaloo, and the apple pie. Also, the potatoes that came with the steak were delicious!

Was a birthday party. Had heard good things about Cork and Flame but our experience went way beyond that! The food is different but some of the most flavorful food we've had in a long time! The service is some of the best we've ever had! Many service presentation surprises that really add to the night! Have already recommended to several friends who enjoy fine dining!

Amazing!!! I'm not sure if this is a hidden gem or what but this place was amazing. From the time i walked i to this low lit but beautiful restaurant I smiled because I knew i was in the right place. The service was amazing. Everyone was nice and treated us great. The sommelier helped us pick a wine since the lady couldn't decided what she wanted to have lol. He decided on a Pinot Noir and it was so delicious. I never had bison before so i didn't know what to expect but it was very good. Very tasty and sweet bits of corn paired with meat was top tear. This is a must get when you come.

Side dishes were amazing. Service was outstanding. Wagyu dumplings were fantastic. Filet was well cooked but slightly under-seasoned. Bison was tough and chewy with little to no flavor. Not a bad experience overall but nothing to write home about.

Tried it on friend's recommendation. Beautiful place, very modern with a city dining feel to it. Eclectic menu with game and unusual vegetable dishes. They have trendy touches like amuse-bouche before starting the meal and palate cleansers between courses. Food was creative but uneven. Salad was fantastic but fried wontons were way too well done and hard to chew. Bison and Wild boar were served with generous portions and delicious. The pumpkin tiramisu was heavy like someone took canned pumpkin, stuck lady fingers in it and called it dessert - not light or tasty at all. Overall a pleasant evening out but would not seek it out solely for the food. Wine was very good.

Wonderful atmosphere, food and service! We also tried their private dining experience at Inicio and it was incredible!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendliness. The carpeted floors and comfortable chairs were a nice change from many restaurants. Wait staff was attentive, helpful and respectful of food sensitivities. While not a ton of dairy free options, especially for dessert, there were main course options that were very appealing. We got the salmon and the boar dishes. Both were delicious and the boar meal was a full plate of food & a lot of meat. We were a tad disappointed in the charge for still water and the exterior ambiance left a bit to be desired, but overall would eat there again.

To classify Inicio as a restaurant is a gross understatement. It is an incredible, immersive experience. You will truly appreciate the attention to detail in every course. The CSRA is lucky to have a place of this

Great food, seasoning is on point, atmosphere is great and by sever (waiter)m Trevor, was fantastic. My only complaint is waiting when I have reservations. As well we walked to my table I observer multiple tables open.

This is my favorite restaurant in Augusta but I feel that the Kitchen was overwhelmed. In addition to waiting just shy of 2 hours for our main meal, my steak was undercooked and lacked the normal seasoning I expect from the grill. The purée underneath was lukewarm and would have been a 5 star if it was hot on arrival. I was so irritated I had it packed up and had our deserts also packed up. The waiter then lets me know that they are out of bags but I am not sure how true it was. I tried to make contact with our usual server but I think he was scheduled for Inicio's that night. If I had booked when Inicio's opened the schedule I am sure it would have been 5 stars as usual.
