Went by super late last night [after 1030-11 pm] and there was 1 young man leaving [end of shift] and only 1 young man left to run the entire store! His name is Will. When I tell you that young man is EXCEPTIONAL, that is an understatement!!! He flawlessly handled taking orders, running the drive through, answering the phones, all while cooking all the food ordered!!! He was so polite and apologetic [for any delays due to staffing shortage - which we weren't bothered by] and his attention to detail in preparing the food was exceptional! Great job Will!

Ordered @ 730p and nothing at 930p. Called and asked about our order. Was told that it was delivered......WHAT!?!?! We never received anything at our home. Nothing that they can do except refund.....really? Yeah I was belligerent on the phone. But really.....that so called manager hung up the phone. I have 2 kids to feed and nothing else could be done. I'll stick to what I said on the phone. Not going to business with Marco's again. This place is just trash.

"Manager" is very rude in "attempting" to resolve concerns and never follows through with refunds or completing said rectification for any of their errors.

Went Tuesday night 2/13/24 a black guy with dreads asked me if I was a call in I told him no. He then told me the other guy (Caucasian) would help me. He then told the guy I was up there waiting. That Caucasian guy and several others kept doing what they were doing. They never greeted and their energy was just RUDE. I just ended up leaving because they never even attempted to take my order. I had already tried the drive through when the Caucasian guy purposely walked away. That's what made me go inside. I will never try to patronize this business again. I went to the Zaxby's right next door and they were excellent.

Ordered a pizza and it was straight up burnt. I called and spoke to a worker there(younger sounding guy) and was told tip return it and it would be remade. After returning the first pizza I got the second ne and it looks like toppings were only put on half the pizza and the pieces were barely sliced and looked like puzzle pieces. I called and spoke with the manager who basically argued with me and said he made it himself and it was fine but I could return it(again) and get a refund. The pizza is shoddy and the customer service is lacking severely. I won’t be going back and paying $15 for a pos pizza.

Worse pizza restaurant you can buy from. They never get my order correct. When I say never, I mean never. I have ordered from there many times (only place that will deliver to Riverwood) and they always forget something. When you call and complain about it, they say they will fix it but then don't show up with the correct order. They will put you on hold and leave you on hold for 20 minutes, then when they pick up the phone they will argue with you about how it's your fault they messed up your order. When they do try and fix your order, they try and charge you extra for it. DO NOT order from them. If I could give them less than a 1 star, I would.

I watched the employees take money, pick up trash off the floor, rub their face, takeoff, hat, remove hat; all without washing their hands. They prepared food while doing all of the above, without ever washing their hands. When I politely asked the person that made our food. If they had a hand washing policy, he replied, we are not required to wash our hands because the pizza oven gets above 500° and will kill anything. The health department should check this place and if the owner wants to know who the employees were, they can check their schedule on 12/18/23 at 4:05pm.

I ordered pizza using internet, received notification it was ready. When I arrived at the restaurant there was a customer at the drive in window who was waiting for an order. He sat there for ten minutes while it was being prepared. Nobody told him to pull up and wait. When, at last, he was served and I got to the window I was handed my pizza immediately. Irritating!

They were running a pro.otion with the school and forgot to give me one pizza (luckily, i noticed before leaving). They also gave me an incorrect pizza, which I did not notice. It was likely because of how busy they were, and the pizza itself was good.
