We told the dude on the microphone 4 TIMES that we wanted a large coke with our meal. He put in a medium.Then the dude at the pick up window had the audacity to tell us the order said medium, and then HAND US THE WRONG FOOD.HOW DO YOU READ THE ORDER, CALL ME A LIAR AND THEN GIVE US THE WRONG FOOD. Garbage. At 9:30. Not even busy. Hire people who care about their job.

My service star rating depends on the day, as in who is working. Some are nice, some are amazing but others just seem to be barely there.The atmosphere is quiet but you don't get a lot of attention inside after you get your food you're on your own.

Waited 6 minutes in drive through for the McChicken biscuit. It was hot but it tasted like compressed chicken with a lot of breading. There is a definite difference in a chicken biscuit and a McChicken biscuit.

My husband just got back from getting food for my son and I and the apples in his Happy Meal were almost a week expired. Expiration was Feb. 9, 2024 and today is the 15th. They also put mustard, onions and pickles on his “KETCHUP ONLY” burger. I got a Big Mac and my fries were somewhat cold and stale and so was my bottom bun on the burger. I never go to this McDonald’s for a reason and this is a perfect example of why. Poor service and poor food.

Second time I've been through the drive thru and used a card and the number has been used without authorization the very next day. More than a coincidence. I would avoid at all costs.

We just finished with my four-year-old’s birthday party here. They were so accommodating and great to work with. They were already setting up when I got there. Consistently asked if I needed anything and let me know to come to them if I did.

First visit waited 32 minutes in drive-thru for food......never got sauces with nuggets. Today waited 1 hour and 3 minutes for food, which never came they said the one kiosk doesn't talk to kitchen....then put a sign on it saying out of order. Will not go back to this mcdonalds.

SLOW.... went there a few weeks ago, walked across the parking lot and got food from taco bell before McDonald's food was done. Decided to try again today. Sat there for an hour inside and never got food. Got refund instead.

Worst McDonalds In the CSRA. I really wish the franchise owners would sell this location off to some other fast food joint that actually cares about service and food quality. You certainly won’t get it here
