I have most definitely gotten food poisoning from eating yesterday from the orange chicken.

I've only been to two Panda Express in Augusta, Georgia, and the one in Mullins Crossings out shines the other. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the place was very clean.

I was excited to get me some lunch after running an errand .until I got here. After fixing my food getting my mouth all watery and ready to eat I get to the register and the cashier has no change. For heavens sake this is an established business that excepts cash and cards there is no reason to not have change for a 100 dollar bill .

Staff is always amazing and friendly. Zero issues with them or the restaurant, I think this is more of a corporate issue with being cheap. The ratio of protein to add ons is about 95% to 5%. I ordered 3 serving of the Beef Broccoli and got enough Beef for 2 bites. I know it comes mixed and they are probably told how to serve it, and to overload it with broccoli because let’s face it, broccoli is much much cheaper than protein. But the consumer is losing their pants off when it comes to value. I’ve happily attached what my plate looked like after separating the items. Sadly this happens here and at all locations. When you ask for more meat and call them out on it they say they “have to do it that way” and that’s probably the truth but I feel like I’ve run out of chances to give them. I can go to any Chinese food place and get just as much for that price to feed myself and a friend. Here it’s like getting a kids meal. So somebody consider quality control for the sake of the people that will keep coming.

The quality of the food was subpar, prompting me to return my plate. While I was unable to receive a refund, the manager kindly rectified the situation by personally attending to my order. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was less than professional, displaying visible disapproval and shaking their heads, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Due to these experiences, I have decided not to patronize this establishment again. Initially, the food did not meet expectations.

At 5 o’clock on a weekday, Thursday, Jan 18. I waited in line about 20 minutes which was no problem. I placed my order and I ordered a plate. They didn’t have any steak and broccoli so I took orange chicken instead. They would not take $100 bill. Attendant said they didn’t have enough change. She gave me my money back and said sorry. What kind of major drive thru restaurant cannot make change for a $100? Their attitude was oh well, next! That’s not acceptable and I will tell everyone I know what happened. Taking care of the customer is not important to them. If I could have given zero star I would have. I don’t blame the attendant but I blame the manager for not figuring out a way to make change. I will never visit there again. I went down the street and got something else and they, with no problem, took the $100. A disappointed customer tells 100 times more people of their bad experience than a good experience.

I tried them a few times at different times thinking it was poor service because of rush hour, late evening, etc. But it didn't matter. The craziest thing is how I ordered Green Veggies and no rice, yet I'm pretty sure I ended up with someone's leftovers. This is what was in my plate that I was supposed to give to my kids. Absolutely did NOT eat this. It was obviously just thrown together from another order. Disgusting. Just gross.2 stars because last time I got a manager to fix my order but I go through drive through because I don't want to have to wait for someone to fix it every time. Management means well. I just think it's the people gathering the order.

This place is a joke. They lie on their menu. Half chicken half rice lol. It’s all rice n 6 small pieces. You always have to wait on the food. They will say 5 minutes & 20 minutes later you get your food with no napkins or utensils. That’s the only thing they’re consistent with. Never

This is the slowest fast food place there is. I have never ordered from here that it didn't take 20 minutes to get my food that I ordered online 20 minutes beforehand. And it's already cooked. They need new management!

First time at a Panda Express (I know, I know). The store was clean and the ordering process very streamlined despite it being quite busy. I felt like the honey walnut shrimp was a little fishy tasting but the orange chicken and Beijing beef were good. Fresh batches of food were coming out all the time. For fast food, I was overall happy with it
