First of all the hostess stood there non responsive like she was in a coma, while 3 other employees carried on a conversation. After about 3 minutes our presence was recognized, 3 more minutes to decide where to seat a party of TWO in a place 1/3 full. The table we were offered was between the bathroom and kitchen doors. We walk by about a half dozen empty tables on the way. We asked for another table. After 5 more minutes at the hostess stand watching 3 employees not be able to figure this out we left NEVER TO RETURN. I would expect a response from the management.

We tried to eat here but after 10 minutes they couldn’t decide where to seat us besides the table between the kitchen and the bathroom. There were plenty of tables available. We will not be back.

The service was absolutely horrible. I am a fan of Red Robin but this visit changed my mind about the restaurant. I will not go back to Red Robin because of the service. The burger I ordered was delicious as the food usually is. If you want a decent burger it's a good place as long as you don't care about service. If you go and Will is your server request to be seated out of his area so you may have a chance for better service.
JD is a great server, he honestly needs a raise with his amazing atmosphere alone. Thank you agian
