This is by far the slowest and worst Starbucks in the csra. Majority of the time I’ve come during listed business hours they are closed- with just a sign on the door or drive through window. Employees are always miserable and rudeSit in line for 30 mins, get to the order here just for them to say “I’ll be with you in a few” seriously Starbucks do better

Store normally close at 8 but when I showed up today at 6pm they stated they were closed for a meeting . Kind of off to be closed on a Monday at 6pm . There was no signage on the door and the website still states they are open .

This Starbucks is consistent with the amount of coffee they put in their cups. Consistently less than you pay for. Every time I go to this (Washington Rdl, in front of Target, not in Target) location, I get about two-thirds of whatever cup size I order. See pictures. If you're going to charge such high prices, then at least fill the cup up. I ordered two grande flat whites, and as soon as I went to the traffic light I opened the lids to check them. 2/3 is all that was in them. I won't be going back. The sandwich was delicious. However, it has gotten smaller, and there's less bacon on it.

When i went into the store to tell someone about it a very kind and educated worker named Mern(a?) - I'm sorry if that's not how you spell her name - helped me. She was super nice to me and made my morning better by refunding my order with no troubles. Thank you queen

Piper & Tammy absolutely made my morning today, they were both SO sweet and despite being short staffed they still had my drink & danish ready so quick. I was very pleasantly surprised when Piper greeted me so bright & cheery & her small talk actually put me in a much better moody. Thank you!

Today we stopped by during a super hot day to get one of those new frozen lemonade things. We ordered on the app, and we ended up having to wait 30 minutes in line to get our drinks, and the person handing them to us handed it to us all melted. Like it was all separated, the juice was on the bottom and whatever else was on the top. I just couldn’t believe they would hand us something that was basically ruined.
