I came here with my 8 year old who was buying his own meal with a gift card. I was waiting in line after him to order my own meal. Both workers ignored me standing there and proceeded to ask the woman behind me what her order was. I was never asked what my order was.

The one reason that I normally visit a Subway is that it is consistent. This Subway was far from that on my visit. There were only six pieces of only white bread left around 6:45 pm. They were out of rotisserie chicken and also ran out of pickles while I was there. The bread was not Subway bread, most likely was purchased from the Kroger next door. I ordered a steak sub due to the lack of chicken. This also was not Subway steak as can be seen in the picture. Just to top all of this off, the sandwich toaster was either broken or the two young men working the store had already turned it off. They power cycled the toaster and placed my sandwich in as the toaster was cooling... This was an extremely poor experience and left me no reason to believe that it would be any different on a subsequent visit. Will not return and certainly do not reccomend going to this location.

Do not go this Subway! Fair warning, they over charged me and then refused to give me a refund. I called to try to settle the matter only to be told by the manger there was something wrong with my card. ? Nonetheless I called my bank and had all the charges returned to my card. The manger is rude and the “step-manger” cashier doesn’t know what he’s doing. Spare yourself a headache and don’t go to this location! They suck at everything!!

Ordered from this location by mistake, as the Subway app inadvertently chose this as the closest restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised! The interior feels more welcoming than the Riverwood Town Center location. Food is just as good as anywhere else. Very clean inside.Vegetarian options: If you'd like, you can order just bread and toppings, no meat.

The manager apparently has mandated that they don't accept coupons at this location. I've never personally managed a fast food franchise so maybe there's good reason for it but I would have liked to have been informed of this before I ordered and had made my two footlong sandwiches and got to the register.

If you advertise that you open at 7am and your door has a big square saying you open at 7am it’s a great experience and shows me a lot about your level of customer experience when I got waived off because I I came during your hours of operation.

This is definitely the cleanest and likely nicest SUBWAY I have ever been to. The employee behind the counter was very pleasant, and my ordering and payment processes were super easy. I would come back here without hesitation.

Today I went into this subway with a coupon, showed them when I ordered, i ordered a 12" club and when I went to pay gor it they said they don't take coupons. The sandwich coupon Said 6.99, they charged me over 12.00 for just the sandwich, no drink or chips. I was not very pleased , and the "sandwich artist" could not care less about it. If nothing else they should post a sign or something, I did show it when I was getting the food and nothing was said. The coupon does not say "participating stores" or anything. My understanding is that some of the other ones are taking the coupon. I will never go to this subway again and neither will anyone else where I work. It is ashame because it is so close.

Very very disappointed. I went in there to get a subway and the manager/owner so rude I waited for them to come out the back and then I was on my phone and he says “before you come into the store please don’t be on you cell phone”. I was like…. What? Very rude guy made me mad at the time.
