This is the worst subway service or just food store in general! I came in with my Family Veteran husband and kids 2 of which are disabled! I spent 50.00 the worker gave us stale bread, laughed when I asked if anything was fresh and said no ! Avocado was since morning time so I basically got veggies on stale bread! No managers, he would not apply my rewards and I did not ask for refund and leave food because I didn't want to let my kids see a negative being there was a small Christmas tree but I am going to complain to food chain and I know who to make this Complaint to since this store is incompetent! The kid working was so rude it was ridiculous! I have adult kids and they would never act like that with elders or anyone! It should have been a flag when the store was empty! No one's running this store my adult sons can manage this place backwards! They're serving people in fresh food and have an attitude they have to serve you! Would not recommend unless you want bad food and service for a lot of money! My small son didn't even get his juice or apple sauce! I never Complain but something needs to be done about these places hire poor help untrained with this kind of demeanor! It was night time and it was a white kid and I'm white just saying and he had a jersey on kind of uniform in black! Even my 17 year old daughter has better work skills and social Skills‍

Food I am sure from the past is tasty but the value is not. This salad is what I got for $9 and the bowl isn't even 6" and the salad is 3/4 full. They used to be double for this. I'm in shock. No dressing or fork, I had to ask and got the only Italian that they had. Nothing else offered. No crackers or anything. Very disappointed in the value overall. Hopefully it tastes better. It's more like a side salad and not a meal. I won't order again.

Not so good this visit. The employees were great. Dining area and bathroom was spotless. I've eaten at subway many times and really enjoyed the food. This visit was not there best. Not positive but I feel the meatballs were old and had very little sauce. I ask for more sauce so it wouldn't be dry. There wasn't anymore. I will go back but will CK the meatballs before I order a sub. ☹️☹️☹️☹️

The owner needs to pay some attention to this place. I have had some mediocre ordering experiences from this location before as this one is the closest to my house, but today was the worst. The employee working lunch was rude, complaining, and generally an all around negative energy she exuded by her words and mannerisms. I asked her to please provide me a meat stack one underneath the top and I was given the “the audacity of you to ask” look, and huffing and puffing. Get it together Riverwood location. This is the closest location to the house, but I will start driving to the next closest location if I am made to feel guilty for buying out of this location.

It had been a while since I had been to a subway. Not much has changed. The two biggest things I noticed was the price increase and the Chipotle sauce was a bit different. Not a bad experience, the sandwich manufacturing individual assembled my sandwich in a satisfactory manner with all of the ingredients I asked for and was pleasant to speak to. The sandwich was good, not mind blowing, but is easy on the wallet. The new Chipotle sauce wasn't bad by any means, just a bit different. Keep it up subway.

This is the most unprofessional Subway I've ever dealt with! Instead of the employees answering the phone and asking you to hold as all other places do.. if they are busy, they just pick up the phone hang up. I guess they don't need the business!
