We drove 45 minutes from home to come to this place and had the worst experience ever. I went to get some frozen yogurt out of the dispinser and the red nozzle fell off into the cup. Then we pay for our food, leave and start eating. Next thing you know, we hit the cheesecake froyo in our bowls and it was rotten. It's sour and tastes like throw up. I called to try and talk to the store and no one picked up and I left a voicemail. If you go to this store, just make sure you try everything you're going to get before you purchase it and leave.

Staff is extraordinarily warm and friendly, and the decor matches that energy! The frozen yogurt and Italian ice offerings are unique, yet approachable. Not to mention, DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend stopping in for a tasty treat!

The soft serve was great, but if you are fooled like me then you will want to purchase the company cups and then come to realize after one wash the decal comes completely off. $65 Down the Drain.

We love this little soft serve joint! As a parent I appreciate the flat-rate cup for $5.99. It takes away the guess work on how much to spend but gives the kiddos the freedom to fill up the cup with as many flavors and toppings as they want. I also like that the fresh fruit toppings are stored in the back in individual containers. Flavors we recommend: Wild Strawberry, Tiger's Blood, Rocket Pop, Cookies and Cream, and Triple Chocolate.

I came to try their cupcakes. What a major disappointment! All 4 that I bought (one of each) were dry, as if they were at least a couple of days old. I cannot believe I paid actual money for such dry cupcakes. The vanilla was the only one that was decent, but nothing to write home about. I will be sticking with other bakeries in town.
Wild Sugar is so good. They keep a very clean shop and have plenty of choices between frozen yogurt, toppings, and bowls/cones/milkshakes. We’ve been multiple times and will be back again soon.

We went here yesterday evening. The frozen yogurt was good, but the cupcakes were dry and very dense! If you are looking for good frozen yogurt, check it out but if you want light fluffy cupcakes, go elsewhere.

Visiting from out of town and I wanted to take my niece to eat yogurt and I couldn't wait to try this spot. The place is small and cute but as I walked to the back to start taste testing the yogurt, I started noticing how untidy it was. The young lady was working alone and it had a few people in there but where you select the yogurt at, yogurt was everywhere and the floor needed to be swept. Just seeing the mess turned me away from this yogurt spot. I did let my niece get her yogurt as I didn't want to disappoint her but I won't be back. They need to clean up.

I walked in with my 6 year old daughter. There was one employee wiping the counter where the toppings are, so I looked at the menu on the wall for a while. She never greeted us. I looked at her a couple times to make eye contact thinking maybe that would let her know that I was ready to order. She looked back but never said anything, she just continued wiping. After standing at the counter for a while with no acknowledgment at all from the staff member, my daughter and I left. I’m leaving 2 stars because I’m not sure if this is a reflection of the business as a whole or just that one employee, but I definitely didn’t feel wanted and my daughter left disappointed. This was my first time going and will likely be my last.
