The person working was alone in the FOH, but extremely helpful, personable and the service was quick! This is my first time in this Which Wich and I'd definitely recommend it to others. Also love the nice wall art

I have never been to one of these restaurants and when I walked in the door there was a few people and it seemed only one person working and he actually came in told me how to order! My sandwich was melt in my mouth delicious and my fries were hot!Nice clean store did find out the young man was working all by himself and he did a fantastic job!

Never been in this establishment. I could not understand what the employee was saying due to his accent. He acted quite anoyed that he had to come around and point to what he was saying. I was the only customer. Then as I stood waiting patiently, he put my order at the end of the counter. Hit the counter and said here. Not going back even if I enjoyed their sandwich.

Went this evening to get two sandwiches for my husband and I. There was only one young man working. He was very personable and fixed my sandwiches quickly. I did have to go back in to get the fries I ordered. I went back in, told the young man my fries were left out and waited to the side until he was finished with a phone order he was taking. While waiting for my fries the manager came in, asked why I was waiting, and then chewed the worker out right in front of me, for what, I'm not even sure. It was extremely uncomfortable for me and I felt terrible for the worker with the way he was treated. The manager asked me repeatedly what I needed and could only offer me one Fry when I paid for 2 so I just offered to take chips instead. I've been to this location three times, all with bad experiences. Just unacceptable to have to stand there and watch a worker be spoken to like that right in front of customers.

Came for the first time because I needed to wait for a FedEx print and didn't wanna drive home and back. Next time I'll just drive home!!! ? they need to advertise that the soda machine doesn't work! They need to be more upfront about what the juice box option and the "special treat" are for the kids meal. The special treat are old m&ms from a candy machine in the corner. No one calls your name out telling you your order is ready so I just had to keep going up to check. The sandwiches are overpriced and not that great. If they were like $3-$5 I'd be ok to deal with the simplicity and lack of flavor. They didn't have anything in stock either!! I won't be returning!

I have only eaten at one location, but this was my second time eating here. The food was prepared nicely in my opinion. I am here for a third time and I remixed my sandwich. My husband is trying for the first time and so far so good. We will return i am sure of it.

Like others have stated.No choices of soda's from the machine. Went for the lemonade/tea option. Lemonade was not mixed proportionally. We to the tea, all sour (sweet and unsweetened) Menu changed and seems as if it is totally different when they first opened up on Wheeler Rd. Felt like what I ate was a red onion sandwich, not enough meat on it. Very bland. Dry sandwich, needed more condiments on it. I threw the other half out the window for the animals. Honestly, the only thing good was the bagged sun chips I had. Will NEVER go back. Manager/owner needs to step his game up.
