Food is fine but the staff sucks! Customer service is horrible! I will not be returning. I wish they would hire a whole new staff like seriously!

Love this location, the sandwiches are always good. My Hooks and ladder looks and taste good. My hubby's brisket is delicious. Could have been a little more meat but taste is on point. I will continue to support this location and recommend you do to.

Went here to get dinner and when you’re walking in it wreaks of pot. Then we walk inside & one of the employees ask if we have a to-go order, when we say no they told us it would be 25mins JUST TO PLACE AN ORDER. We asked why & they said they were that backed up. Which makes zero sense when you have 6 employees behind the counter standing there leaning against it. Absolutely ridiculous, great business ethics.

I ordered a takeout but they had me waiting 30 mind with my food placed in Online Pickup. I was wondering why the workers were staring at me knowing i was waiting for my name to be called.Worst part is when I called to speak with a manager, she just brushed me off saying that she gave me my food and no other response. Escalating to corporate office. Do and train better.

Years ago when I first heard of firehouse subs, I was intrigued by their ad that if it's not the very best sub you've ever had, they will buy it. I tried it, but a friend paid for the lunch. I was not impressed even a little. Ok so I grew up near Boston. If you've had food in the Boston area, you know fully how much better literally everything food related is incredibly good and very very difficult to match. So far I've never ever had a sub as good as any sub back home. Well now firehouse has a chicken meatball sub. I haven't eaten red meat or pork in well over a decade so once again I was very intrigued. Yes it was good. But not good enough to have again and once again, it was very much overpriced. My wife was also not excited about her sub. Sadly we won't ever go back. $20 was way too much money for those kinds small subs. Sorry firehouse, you still haven't made the best sub I've ever had.Edited addition to the review. An hour after we finished the subs, my wife and I both complained how sick we began to feel. Now I'm going to just delete the app. Good grief they're such a waste of money.

This location is NOT a good late choice!!I entered at 8:53 finished ordering 8:56 before that I asked are you guys closed they answered No I said are you guys getting ready to close they said yes I said I asked so am I good because I understand when you are about to close n sumbdy come in your pissed but I asked cuase I honestly didn’t know I drive trucks so I was hungry been on the road all day that’s why I asked come to find out they was more pissed then anything they made a spot for nothing but a big jalapeño bite you can even see in the picture the spot they made for the jalapeños mind you it was a easy 2 min turkey sandwichI wanted to go back up there but It was all young girls had to have been 15 no older then 17 with that bein said I hope management see this and get supervision for night shiftAnd to customers please avoid this place at night you will get a surprise

Girls up front having just a good time talking using profanity and joking about how white people act. The guy making the food strokes his beard. Found hair in food when got it home so in the trash it went, about $17 wasted. Firehouse you will not be seeing me again and will definitely tell everyone the experience I had. Very disappointed. I'm not calling firehouse support. I don't want anything from your company. I'm telling you my experience here. Time is money and I've wasted more than enough of both with your company.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in about 30 minutes ago to pick up my online order and absolutely nothing was said to me by any of the three employees on staff when I entered. I made eye contact with all three of them and no one greeted me. I stood at the counter for at least 10-20 seconds as they prepared sandwiches before anyone even acknowledged me. Not to mention, the store was not busy at all so there was no excuse. When the gentleman finally came to help me, the first thing he said was “how can I help you?” I told him that I was picking up an order that was said to be ready by 6:15. It was 6:22 at this time and my order had not even been started. A few more customers came in after me and none of them received a greeting neither. This was a horrendous experience for me and I’ll never go back to this location.

I had the worst sandwich today from there , it was sloppy .. wayyy too much sauce the meat actually slide of the bread which was mushy and all together gross. The little guy that waited on me was fine just no personality at all even though its Christmas and I gave a tip anyway ... and the young lady who probably made our sandwiches had no what so ever concern that my soup had spilled. I have tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt and once more I'm totally disappointed and displeased. I only have one thing else to say .... If you don't like your job don't work there get another one but first learn what good customer service is .
