The wait time is SO long, the order was literally ready they just had it in the back instead of their designated food delivery stand. She look a little disgruntled when i rushed thru casualties, turned to rush and grab it from the stand I presume to say we so we actually keep orders here, cause she was on the verge of speaking it wasn’t there. Then didn’t have the drink ready and had a personal conversation before doing so, increasing my already long wait time. Just skip out on this location for trying to get FAST money from DoorDash, you won’t be addressed for a while SECOND in line.

This location almost never seasons the fries. I usually get a nibblerz meal and almost every time they burn the bread. Not sure if tenders go on them but these were bigger than usual so it was a challenge to enjoy

The drive thru is horrible! They send everyone to park to wait for their order. Currently 5 cars waiting for a drive thru order. I’ve been seating here for 10 mins and still have not received my order.

Unacceptable food for anyone?! I would never recommend this location to anyone. The manager was very rude and took too long to notice the other customers. The place also smelled awful once you walked in and I noticed a roach crawling on the floor?. The cooks were taking a long time while making food. The food also was cold when i received my bag?Kid-friendliness: This place is terrible to bring your kids to. Too many adults AND teenagers using profanity.. Smells like weed in the store.

Went two times both experiences were terrible. I asked for a grilled Philly they gave me fried. I asked for doubles fries and they shorted me. No seasoning on the fries they were plain and awful. Too expensive to be messing up orders and shorting them on food. They also gave me one napkin like who does that? Avoid this location they are trash

I placed an order online thinking it would be faster. I arrived at the store and had to ask to be helped. Not one time was I even acknowledged. Mind you, I ordered 2 nibblers and fried pickles. I waited 20 minutes and finally asked for a refund….oh here’s your order. I was pissed, but I took it and left. When I got home , the bread for the nibblers were rock hard like they had been microwaved and the pickles were cold. I have finally learned my lesson, I’m never going back to that Zaxby’s.
