I came here today for my son’s birthday. And was highly unsatisfied with the customer service i waited 30 min to even get any kind of acknowledgment then another 30 for one pizza then as my child was cashing in the person walked off on him to get someone else to finish up on what he wanted. All the employees were to busy having their own conversation then dealing with the customers.

As an observer just headed to pick up my veggie lo mein on a Saturday night. I'm passing by and WAS SO DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THAT THIS PLACE HAS THE DARKEST PARKING LOT OUT OF THE BUSINESSES IN THE AREA. This is a kid friendly place and safety should be top priority. TURN ON THE LIGHTS IN THE PARKING LOT! Nobody should have to ride through w/ their beams on to see. LACK OF MANAGEMENT idk but keep the parking lot lit when it's dark. I must say, this time the salad bar was cleaner and the floors and table was better managed and wiped down. I miss the the stage though and missing them bringing out the pizza but overall we enjoyed it today! ??

Very disappointed at this establishment. Staff was quite young. No military discount, $200+ order was not prepared or delivered properly or hot, just lukewarm, in the establishment. Poor response to our inquiries about the problem. Only good thing was that my 5 year old granddaughter was happy and enjoyed herself. It was her birthday party!

The pizza was amazing. The service was great. Waitresses were very attentive, patient and great with the kids.
It's so small and service is horrible. They don't bring you your food and they tell you 20mins for a pizza and wings and it's really 1hr. You have to go to the front for your cup which is backwards and their boneless wings tasted like freezer burn chicken balls.

Bless their little thot music era hearts ? with better training and guidance, these girls could be ready to graduate on to working at Chick Fila A. There are too many games not working. It's unorganized. The customer service at times is non-existent. One female walked off after looking at me directly in my face without explaining why no one was at the front counter to assist potential customers. The pizza was A1, my son loved the ice cream and had a great time, as kids aren't concerned with anything other than playing.
