Pulled Pork sandwich is enough for 2 sandwiches...the toasted/grilled bun takes it to another level...under NEW ownership makes ALL the difference in the world.

Had a coupon for buy 1 combo plate get 1 free that I received that same day. Wouldn't take the code online or in store. Manager ended up giving us 1/2 off of ONE combo meal, which saved us $8 instead of $17.35...after leaving a $5 tip, we basically paid full price. The brisket was so dry I couldn't swallow it, my husband's chicken was dry and way too smokey, the sausage was a weird grayish brown color and barely edible and the ribs were like rubber. The only thing that was good were the sides. We will not be coming back. Sucks bc most Dickeys in other states are fire.

This is the worst barbecue you can ever order in your life my brisket was burnt to charcoal's and when you try to call them they don't answer their phone. Please all my people in the area do not order from these people it's almost like their sick of being in business!!!!!

I had a pulled pork sandwich with okra and fries - utilizing their carolina sauce. The okra was nice and crispy the way I prefer it and deliciously seasoned. The fries were not mushy or half cooked like you encounter at some places. Portions are very decent. One of the owners was behind the counter doing all the hardwork himself. He was friendly, making his presence know and very observant to our needs. It'll be somewhere I go again - hands down.

I have picked up dinner several times in the past month or so. I hadn't been to Dickey's in awhile but I have been so pleased with the new owners and the food and the great service. Last night I stopped to pick up pulled pork and potato salad and met the new owners. Two brothers, Kevin and Sean bought the restaurant and are doing an awesome job. They are even working on perfecting a Brunswick stew - I can't wait for that. If you haven't been in awhile to Dickey's, give them a try!

The food was HORRIBLE and the customer service from Stacy was poor. I am assuming she must be related to the owners because there is no way she is still employed with this restaurant speaking to customers how she do. She was very hostile and nonchalant about an order issue that we spent over $100+ for n event. Save your money . Stacy needs some more customer service and people skills

The only thing that was decent was the cashier's demeanor! I'm sorry to say this was the WORST BBQ I have ever had IN MY LIFE. Tbh I felt bad for the two women working by themselves. Being a professional chef who works 12 hours a day pushing out food all day long by myself I do believe the food could've been waaaaay better. Everything was overcooked. The brisket sandwich was extremely dry with no flavor but the bun was okay. And the fries very soggy ( I could tell the oil was old due to the smell and the constant sound of the fire alarm going off) I did like the BBQ sauce (original) I am a fanatic with BBQ and being from the south I expect great BBQ to reflect the time, effort and expertise it takes to do good bbq. Honestly my 8 year old daughter could've made better BBQ. Speaking of, her wings were overcooked and dry. I was very very disappointed. Even the sweet tea was bland (not steeped long enough in my opinion). We saw that particular location was taken over by new owners. Please please visit this place bc it's not fair to have only two workers who seemed very tired and overworked to be pushing out such low grade BBQ in the South. I'm aware this is chain however I'm sure the original men who founded Dickey's are rolling in their graves bc of the product they are pushing out. The bathrooms were dirty and even the condiment stand had sticky substances on the ketchup packets. Very unfortunate.
