Cookies are just GREAT AMERICAN COOKIES so those been consistent for years.. I see bad reviews on customer service., dude with the hair was cool.... I didnt hv any issues.... I do think when you get a cookie sandwich put it In a bowl and not a paper sheet. Y'all do know it's 100 degrees outside right. Ice melts....Good experience though.. Kudos to cheesecake ice cream.

I was very disappointed to find out that you can not get your toppings mixed on the slab, if you arrive an hour before closing ( according to one of the employees) The taste is not the same on an ice cream cone, so my husband and Ieft without our treat. ☹️

Disrespectful staff (Naomi specifically) + Dishonest management + freezer-burnt product. I will never eat here again. I will always encourage my friends, family, and co-workers to go elsewhere for birthdays, special events, or just because date nights. Please continue reading if you are interested in my not-so-brief rant. I visited this location a few weeks ago u0026 requested a refund after taking a bite of my strawberry cheesecake icecream. I explained to an employee that the strawberries were freezer burnt u0026 I had lost my appetite. The employee sought out their manager on the floor (Naomi) who began arguing with me about the following (1) there was no such thing as freezer burn (2) she was present when the shipment arrived that morning (3) I needed to watch my tone because my request was unacceptable u0026 I had made the other staff uncomfortable. At this point she called the owner of the location who assured me that I would be refunded for the product in a few days because no one that was present at the time of the transaction was authorized to do such a thing. I agreed with the manager u0026 attempted to apologize for any hurt feelings I may have caused by requesting a refund, but Naomi rolled her eyes and motioned for me to leave. After a week I called to inquire about the refund. The manager returned my call shortly thereafter to inform me that he had processed the refund u0026 there was a problem with my credit card company. I have called the credit card company u0026 there is no pending refunds or returns from this establishment. It has been 3 weeks. In short, I was sold a bad product u0026 refused a refund. I was lied to in order to neutralize the situation u0026 ensure an unproblematic exit. It was $9. I am not worried about the money at this point — it is the principle of the matter. Do not lie to your customer base. Please educate your staff on conflict resolution u0026 how to recognize aggression vs personal feelings of intimidation when asked a direct question. The other staff members present at this time were EXCELLENT! The young man that made the ice cream that I was trying to get refunded did a wonderful job u0026 was very thoughtful in his process. The young woman that processed my order u0026 greeted me when I came in was totally lovely. Please find a more suitable floor manager to support these young staff members — they deserve better!

Words cannot explain how kind Julia was with me throughout my experience. I had a complex milkshake order and she gladly walked me through the process of making it with a smile! Super understanding and open to helping the customer. Julia is an employee to be kept!

My order was placed online for chocolate chip cookies and I gave my card info as instructed to place the order. When I got there I was told another customer came in store and purchased it so I either had to wait 30-45 minutes or take what’s available! There weren’t enough chocolate chip cookies so I had to get M&M because I just couldn’t wait that long. What was the point of giving my card information I’d I still can’t get what I ordered.

Great Experience!! Recommend above all others for Cookie Cakes and the like. We shopped other businesses and were disappointed. Then, we called Great American Cookie Company in Fayetteville, GA and were greeted with great customer service and a very helpful team of folks. It was an \\\"Idea\\\" for a birthday cake design that we asked for. The decorator met with us and we discussed the design. We picked it up the next day and were absolutely impressed. Better yet, the birthday girl LOVED the design and the cookie. We will definitely do business here again and hope others will as well.
