RUDE. I always wonder why there’s no one at this location and Popeyes is wrapped around the building. This is the second time I was met with rudeness when asking to substitute thighs for breasts even though I was willing to pay the extra price. The first time after I told them I don’t understand why you can switch out the pieces I want. The menu just says 8 pieces. I went ahead and paid the $40. For an 8 piece. With 4 breasts, 2 legs, and 2 wings. It tasted fine. It was Sunday and I didn’t want to cook. Today is a week day. There are no cars in the parking lot and only one in the drive-thru. Stacy, the manager is rude. She immediately yelled at me and told me she couldn’t change out the thighs. I told her I was willing to pay extra. This time I had a coupon for $18.99. I told her I was willing to pay extra for the breasts. A man yelled through the speaker we can substitute unless you pay regular price and we add extra for the breasts. Now, Stacy said they couldn’t substitute but the man said they could if I paid the regular price plus extra for breasts. I’m not sure if they’re stealing money from the til. Taking the breasts home or what. They are rude. They don’t care about the business and if I owned this location I would fire everyone and hang banners starting they are under new management. A small town like Fayetteville should not have such poor customer service. Harlan Sanders is turning over in his grave.

Got here at 7:30 pm to get a family meal bucket and didn’t have crispy chicken only had original not very happy ? then told me to park up front and waited 20 minutes for someone to bring me my order to my car I’m very upset right now !! ??

I went to the Fayetteville ga location on 03/02/2024. I ordered a large mashed potatoes and coleslaw.When I got home the potatoes had powder in them where they had not been thoroughly mixed. The coleslaw slaw was dry on the top and I had a few spoonfuls, so then I dug down in the middle to get some juice on another spoonful and ate it, but the next deep spoonful came up with slimy mucous on it and I stopped eating. Unfortunately the amount I ate caused a severe case of food poisoning that I’m still in pain with now and it’s the 11th of march.The service here is horrible and I said last year that I was never going back. I have called, no answer. They don’t care about customer service. I will never ever go there again

Three times in the last 3 weeks I have attempted to buy a family meal for dinner. And each time I am met with an employee who couldn't care less about their job or their customers. And it doesn't matter if you go into the store or use the drive thru. The response is always, "Nah, we ain't got none of that. Maybe in 30 minutes..."

Cashier was friendly and patient, food came out quick and fresh. Everything was delicious. The lobby was very tidy. My only complaint is that the entire lobby floor is slick. Not grimy or dirty. Looked freshly mopped, but I could ice skate in my tennis shoes on a dry floor, lol.
The food was delicious, the fries was hot like I prefer. As an out of towner, this was a nice place to eat from.

Hood hood and more hood ? I can never eat here. This is the worse KFC ever. Where do I start...... The always have attitudes and poor customer service at this location. A whole bunch of 16 year olds that don't want to work and act ghetto at the counter before taking orders. You can hear the horrible conversations in the kitchen from the dinning area. Fayetteville used to be nice but can llege park and wear side of Atlanta moved here or just come here to work..I can go on but I will not
