Where do I start this is the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. I went inside to place an order I told the lady that I wanted a chicken quesadilla fajita with rice and beans she gave me a chicken fajita. I ask her can they remake it she said no I ask could I get a refund she said no. Wow so you messed up the order and I suppose to pay for it. What kind of world do we live in I had to dispute it with my bank. They did not even try to resolve the issue what so ever. I will never in my life step one foot in that place again.

I had been going to this restaurant for about a year but had to start going to their location in Fayetteville, GA, because the other location had closed. I had only gone there 2 times, and today's visit will be the last time. This locations staff have been so rude as the first time they got my order wrong and would not fix the order or reimburse me for their mistake so I had not gone back until today and I bought 3 Carnita dinners at $16.00 a piece and Guacamole for $5.50 for 4 ounces and I was shocked as it was not the container I use to get from their other location, it was a small container like what they put the salsa in so I weighed it and it came out to 3.04 ounces with the container so I called them as I'm sorry but $5.50 for this little container is way too much. I cook my own Mexican food as I am Mexican Indian but there are times you don't feel like cooking so I spoke to a man who answered and he began to argue with me even when I told him I had weighed it, he said " how do you know?" I told him again and I said yes the container says he will hold 4 Oz but I explained there isn't that in the container but he was very rude so I did say I could show them but the point was just that they are not giving people what they are advertising homemade beans are not homemade, tortillas are not homemade and for the price they are charging people they could at least give them decent customer service instead of arguing with them and laughing at them.I could make that amount of guacamole for .50 cents or less they even made me pay $1.50 for a hot sauce as their regular one isn't spicy at all so instead of giving me a little container they charge me for it and it didn't weigh 4 Oz either.I have never experienced such rude behavior from a restaurant when they were the ones who had made an error. The first time, they wouldn't even reimburse me for their error of over $10.00, and this time, they should be ashamed of themselves seeking that amount of guacamole for $5.50. but at least give there customers the 4 ounces they are stating they are giving since the customer is the one paying for it.

I ordered from this restaurant online when I went to pick up my order I was told they didn’t receive it. I then showed them (the waiter/ person in charge) not only my order that was placed on their website but a receipt that it was paid. He proceeded to have me wait while he called someone on the phone a “manager” supposedly but he was speaking in his language so that could’ve been anyone. After his “call,” he told me that the manager said I would have to reorder the food and pay again. When I asked to speak to the MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR on duty he said there wasn’t one. Now mind you the person I was talking to was just a WAITER and his attitude was very condescending and rude. He refused to tell me his name or the manager I could contact name. The customer service sucks on a busy Saturday with NO MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR ON SITE and leaving a waiter in charge is bad business. And I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years I am so disappointed.

We went to the one in Fairburn before it was closed, it was our favorite place. We decided to go to the one in Fayetteville and it is just as great. They always respect my dietary needs and the service is always wonderful. I'd rather drive a little farther for great service and food.

Please don't go here! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! There are plenty of Mexican restaurants around this town that you can try out! The food is bland and they have roaches!!! That's why you can't see the kitchen!! The servers are unsanitary and I seen some come out the bathroom without washing their hands! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!
