Delicious smoothies, but very poor service. Despite not being a wait service establishment they literally pressure you at the register while ordering for a tip. Evening manager has a nasty attitude. They advertise their hours on Google as one thing, but close early and leave early when they feel like getting off early. Will not visit this location again.

Service is great through the week but I’ve been there 2 Saturdays in a row and the Saturday help can care less if they make your order correct and tasteful.. I will not be returning and I go to smoothie king every day

I really enjoy the smoothies. Service is usually great and professional until the younger Caucasian female works. She has no customer service and she is extremely rude. I go to this specific location everyday. Today, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

This establishment could do better with cleanliness. The prep-stations were dirty with food item everywhere (I recommend clean as you go). This is a universal practiceI also saw a spider crawling across the station. To be honest, I have a food allergy and I am glad I came in to see how my smoothie was made. ? ?

I'm wondering if all locations have slowed how they service orders. There should be a sign posted if you order more than 3 come inside.I ordered the Apple Kale and it comes back like an icy. Where's the Smoothie?

This is the worse location I've been to. It is one young lady that is very nice and makes good bowls here but I haven't seen her in a while. The rest of the employees are a joke. The girl that work in the drive through the pas few times I've been there have a terrible attitude. She is always frowning and seems annoyed with customers being there. It's the same energy when you go inside to order. She only ask if "are you picking up or placing " and that's about it. When you place an order She seems annoyed and walks away with an attitude to make the bowls. They half fill the bowls about 75% of the time. The acai is super watery and they run out of bananas and sometimes other ingredients here or so they say.This location needs new management and staff for sure. I rather drive out of my way to another location than to spend my money here on inconsistent products and bad customer service.

Ordered an online order, took over 30 mins to even get to the drive thru window, was given the wrong drink and not given my second drink. Had to go inside to get my correct drinks, which still took another 15 mins. The cashier was rude when I told her the drink was wrong and just walked away. When my drinks were ready she just put them in front of me with one straw for two drinks, and didn’t say anything again. Won’t be returning anytime soon as I don’t have 45 mins to wait for smoothies and bad service

Inconsistent service. Bowls are often half full and smoothies taste are not always consistent. While a convenient Fayetteville location, I'll travel the extra few minutes to Riverdale.

The customer service is horrible! I was asking the girl at the register Zariah Highsmith (the name on my receipt ) a question about my order and she say is that all you want ? pull around in a very rude tone of voice, it's like I was bothering her by asking questions about a product I was going to be spending MY money on! I am extremely upset by this service I used to love smoothie king specially before work but they have definitely lost a customer.

I like smoothie king, however, yesterday my ..slim and trim chocolate order had way too much ice, it wasn't blended properly...ice chunks throughout and not enough Almond milk.
