Hubby and I frequent this Waffle House. Everyone is friendly, and they had the same staff for years until recently. Service is fast. Prices superb.Hubby loves his Grits Bowl. It includes grits, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese.My favorite is the Texas Cheesesteak sandwich. It comes with onions, and I ask to add jalapeños. Ask for the Waffle House sauce. Truly delicious!

I placed an online order with this Waffle House #1177, however, the order was inadvertently routed to a Waffle House in Norcross. #177. After unsuccessfully trying to contact the Waffle House in Norcross, I was able to talk to the manager at #1177, Mr. Karl Davis.Mr. Davis was extremely patient and attentive as I explained my dilemma. He stated that he would follow up with a contact after taking my order over the phone. Sure enough, he called and left a message. He even called back to insure that I had received the information relayed in the message.In an environment where it is busy all day, every day, that was commendable. Kudos to him and his staff.

My favorite Waffle House. Kayla was our server and she was great. Met the manager Gaylin or “G” and she made us feel like the only customer in the restaurant. Will be coming back. Per usual, the food was awesome. Thanks to G and Kayla for making it a great experience.

Got there at 10:53 sat down immediately. One of the worst experiences at a Waffle House me and my family ever had. They were slow to get to us, got our drink at around 10-15 minutes. Two groups sat down before us and got their food and had time to relax in the time span we were waiting. We went up and paid for our drinks which we barely sipped on and left. They tried to say our food was about ready when we left but it certainly did not look that way on the plates in front of them. Staff was a mess. Might I add we were nice and patient throughout. Oh and our server seemed like she was on something. Ridiculous. Left at 11:35.

The worst service ever with this morning crew. Today around 9:45 AM, a take-out order for three waffles in the amount of $18 was placed. A bit pricey; however it was a decision to purchase despite the cost.Although all three waffles were prepared with very little effort –I returned only one (the worst one) of the waffles for a do-over. And do you know, the cook prepared the waffle the exact same way as the one that was returned?At this point and time, I realized customer service was not a priority and there was no intelligent life form present at the time. Therefore, to maintain my state of mind, I decided to walk away. It just wasn't worth it. I'll simply spend my money elsewhere.I will not be returning to this location. All I wanted was a decent waffle. How hard is that? Completely unacceptable.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to. My order was completely messed up every single item that I ordered. I did not get I got someone else's order I believe even though there's only two people in the entire building. The staff was dirty rude didn't seem to care. I had a dumpster sitting next to my table. All the tables were dirty dishes still on them again the appeared of not caring. I would never go to another Waffle House and the rest of my life after witnessing thiit actually scared me to even look or even eat the food. Which I did not.
