This was my favorite convenient place but unfortunately they weren't happy enough to almost double their prices... now they started skimping on the portions... really !!!??Tiny little scoop of hashbrowns... how much did you save? That's potatoes ? that you are not serving... what next? closing restaurants to consolidate customers?Noted to the waiter and he shrugged his shoulder saying... My family and I have tried this location a few times and the service has always been excellent. I went to praise the staff to the manager and asked her if I could leave a review somewhere other than Google and she directed me to the waffle house website. The whole location has been great - it is always VERY clean, and the gentleman who opens the door for the customers is so sweet but I don't know his name. Yeya and Dana have been great servers when we have been here and our service was both very fast and also somehow still managed to feel warm and welcoming. The manager was also very pleasant and engaged with everyone. Going to this location for a family breakfast on the weekends is becoming our new family tradition. I really hope the higher-ups let the staff here know they're helping making little positive memories for us and others!! These are the kinds of happy waffle house vibes from my childhood that I loved and now I get to share with my own kids!Kid-friendliness: Staff is very patient with kids, full of smiles!

Customer service is first in any business their's is horrible. I wasn't greeted and everyone seemed to be miserable in their own world. And that energy goes into the food. Then they look for a tip like they were nice as a Chick-fil-A worker ?

First I would like to point out that over the course of 10-12 minutes, I called 5 times trying to place a to-go order. No one answered. I decided to just order inside once I arrived. As I was getting out I notice 2 gentlemen sitting outside near the trash cans smoking. Both entered through the back door as I entered the front. Neither one of them washed their hands. One of the guys attempted to put on gloves to prepare to cook until I mentioned he needed to wash his hands. When I asked the other guy why they were unable to answer the phone he suggested I might have had the wrong number because he didn't hear it ring. I then proceeded to call the listed number in front of him and the phone rang. His response was oh I was outside. It's crazy because I'm being charged for a service that they poorly gave me. Since I made a to-go order this waffle house location charges a 20% additional fee. 10% for the to-go order and 10% for poor service. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to seriously reevaluate the employees or update their training. I would also like to mention that while I typed this review the phone has continued to ring several times and no one has even attempted to answer. Correction, he just answered said "hello" then hung up. Come on where is the professionalism.This review was made on 12/12/23 at 8:52pm based on the staff working at this time.
