This place is horrible. Not only did I have to wait 35 mins longer than anticipated, they just decided to substitute mashed potatoes for Mac & cheese. I selected the Mac & cheese as a substitute for my original choice of hush puppies. Substituted a breast for the thigh I ordered. Who specifically orders dark meat and is fine with white? Who orders Mac & cheese and is fine with mashed potatoes? How do they miss giving you a biscuit that should be in your meal? The chicken was clearly fried twice. On top of all that, it was ice cold when it finally arrived. It's 66° outside, and I was there to get it as the driver pulled away. I spent $23 on a box of p@@ and waited 90 mins to throw it out. Just refund or cancel the order if you can't supply what the customer ordered. Better yet. Turn Uber Eats off for the night and start with fresh, well stocked food that your employees can accurately pack for the customers. I'd never suggest this place.

Chicken is great when it’s fresh which is about half the time. Same for the rest of the food. Don’t order it off UberEATS though, because your meal will always be wrong.

Excellent hot food selections and even area for seating! Store is very clean and the staff are so friendly. Pricing is excellent for Champs Chicken items. Clean bathroom is a bonus!
