I ordered 2 pizzas yesterday! Both of the pizzas were hard and really thin. So they were tough to eat. Also they were all not the same size. The slices were either extra small or big. Very disappointed!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! First and last time ordering from this location. This dominos is 4 mins away from my house. My friend ordered the pizza for me and after an hour I called to see where it was. The woman who answered didn’t even let me finish speaking before she hung up the phone. She said it was the next order out and click. So 30 more minutes go by and I still haven’t received or gotten an update in the app about the food. I call back and ask if I can get a refund or something and the lady tells me she canceled my order and click. I’d leave zero stars if I could. An hour and a half later just to get no food. I would have driven to pick it up if they called or said something.

I go to this location all the time and I've never been disappointed!. But today was a different story. I walked in as usual to place my order and waited. Seems like less than 10min my order was ready. I live less than 10 minutes from the store.when I got home the pizza was not only cold it was burnt all over and actually tuff to chew. I was wondering if maybe they had an old pizza back through the oven?.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dominios. I placed an online order and paid for it ahead of time. When I got there, I saw the $21.99 (I added an item) I paid was actually a "manager's special" at $13.99. I asked about a reduction in price and was told that since I had already paid, there was nothing they could do. I told them that was not true. The boy waiting on me refused to do anything. Clayton, the manager, came up and was very rude. He said they could not do anything. I told him yes you can, please give me a credit for $8.00 and he refused. I asked him how was I supposed to know it was on special. He said it was in the coupons section of website. It is but it is pretty much hidden in the website. I told them both that this is not how you treat customers and he said "my job is to make a good pizza". I said your job is also to serve your customers. He was rude and not a good example to his staff of how to treat customers. I have been using this location since they opened. Very disappointed in them. They need training or else customers will stop using this location.Parking: plenty of space.

Good for pickup or delivery. The food is almost always ready to p/u, or delivered, on or before the promised time.Parking: There are not too many parking spaces. But, it appears most customers are there just for pickup. I've been to this location 75 to 100 times over the last 6+ years and never had a parking issue.

This location needs either a management change or needs to just be shut down. I have ordered from here multiple times, and after the tracker saying my pizza was in "Quality Check", it takes them 45 mins to an hour to deliver it. In that time, the pizza is soggy and disgusting. The only excuse we get is "sorry we only have 1 driver" and that is EVERY time. If you are that short on staff, you need to call the customer and let them know this and not just assume they will be ok with messed up nasty food. This is a piss poor way to treat your customers and to run a business.
