Always out of sale products! Employees very seldom speak except the cashiers. I hate the self check outs I come there to shop not to work!!

Terrible customer service at the self check out lane. The lady working the self checkout lane was rude as hell! I was trying to scan my loaves of bread and she comes by, tells me I'm doing it wrong. I told her it's 2 for $1.00. She replies, I know! She might have been going through something or having a bad day but I sure as hell won't be coming back. All it took was one employee to ruin it.

I switch between this Kroger and the Hamilton Mill store. We have been shopping at them for almost 10 years and WOW have they both gone downhill. Many of the traditional human checkout lanes have been replaced with self checkout. The remaining human checkout lanes NEVER have more than 2 open and it doesn't matter how busy it is. Yesterday was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I had a cart full of items and there was one human checkout lane open. There were 6 or 7 shoppers in line and it was not moving. The shopper two carts in front of me had a very full cart so I decided to leave my items and leave. This is the 2nd time I have had to do this because this store is poorly managed and/or understaffed. There will not be a 3rd time. I left my Kroger rewards card with the employee assisting the self checkout and told him why I was leaving. I asked him to please pass that on to his manager and left.

For 22 years now I've been going to the Kroger that only for the pricing and convenience, but for the pharmacy, the pharmacy team, the Kroger team. They are all dedicated and committed to the store, and I've watched many iterations of this location over the years. As we struggle into 2023, with high prices on food and produce, and every day items I now drive, 30 miles to come to this Kroger to be with my people that recognize me and he'll serve me for so long. My Christmas dinner was a standing rib roast I bought here and they continually get the frozen shrimp and cod to feed the family during the week of the budget and they still have chicken, less than any other place offering chicken breast, thighs or wings if you can find them. I only know one way to pay tribute to this location is post some dishes I've made with their bargains and let them know that the job they do is important and appreciated and as I've had to adjust my budget to accommodate inflation, Kroger has been there all the way! I couldn't do without my Kroger. Highly recommend.

Not worth the gas discount. Staff in meat department not helpful, too busy doing their on thing early in the morning. I think they forgot who the customer is. Back to Publix I go. I planned on a full grocery purchase but after $8, I left and waited 15 mins for Publix to open.

Very convenient ordering online and picking up groceries. There is no cost for an order over $35. They bring the groceries out to your car. Recently a lot of items aren't in stock and they offer a substitution

This place sucks. It's dirty. The shopping carts are all jacked up with wheels that won't roll. They clearly pissed off the staff because they never have enough people working to cover the departments. I definitely won't be back here. This place is awful.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I tried to purchase four items with four coupons and according to Jessica, that is not allowed. Every time I go into this store, some teenage employee tells me something different. When I confronted her about this, she acted like a smartass, trying to look cool in front of the other employees. Is that the way your employees are suppose to be to customers? Management is a joke at this store. They probably encourage this disrespect towards customers.

Kimberly at the fuel center is a BLESSING. I was at the fuel center today and apparently their system shut down. While I was needing gas desperately, she was absolutely helpful and treated every disappointed customer so professionally. I am a regular at this Kroger and I have seen Kimberly multiple times, and every time she greets me with such a warm smile. Her "have a happy day!" makes me feel so good even on my worst days. She definitely deserves a raise, ESPECIALLY after today!

This Kroger never has anything in stock. The store is dirty and not taken care of. The customer service at this store is terrible. Plus the produce is awful. They never have basic produce in stock like peaches, corn. I'll never go to this store again.

Holy Cow! I feel like I was just used! Bought a roast @ kroger Judy not now anything is was 7.00/lb. I should have gone to Walmart. I will next time. I guess Kroger wants to take advantage of people during a pandemic. Here's hoping for bankruptcy in their near future.

I’m LIVID! So my husband took my (3) daughters inside of Kroger on Friendship and Spout Springs to grab lunch for our girls per usual. My husband gets in the car and said he had to put the bagger in his place due to his nasty comments. The bagger asked my African American, well spoken husband who’s a well known Senior Natural Gas Technician in Gwinnett, “I’m guessing you don’t live with their Mom?” My husband said, “Excuse me?! Of course I live with my wife! Please don’t disrespect me in front of my daughters.” Then the bagger proceeded to ask the clerk who was ringing up groceries, “Do you smell weed?!” (3) times! OMG! At this point my husband is very upset with his behavior and said he’ll reach out to his manger 1st thing in the morning. The bagger laughed and said, “I’m just playing!” My husband told him that his behavior is unacceptable. I said, no that’s not enough, I immediately go inside the store and request a store manager, the front end manager made an excuse and said that he’s “special needs”, which is NOT and excuse. I literally had to tell this young man to his face in front of his managers that being RACIST is NOT OKAY and don’t believe everything you see or hear! African Americans have beautiful homes and families too! We don’t all have broken homes and smoke WEED! WTH! I’ve had several conversations with this young man and he understands and comprehends VERY WELL. I’ve also seen him disrespect people of color many times. Some people have special needs like my sister and can still live in society and respect others and he can too! I spoke to the district manager and I’ll be contacting corporate 1st thing in the morning! Unfortunately, this young man had to learn his lesson the HARD WAY! I’ve gotten several racist people fired from their jobs since I moved to Georgia from California (5) years ago. We will NOT tolerate this kind of behavior! EVERYONE deserves RESPECT! We are tax payers and law abiding citizens just like everyone else! Raise you children the correct way and teach them morals and values and most importantly TRAIN your employees well so this doesn’t happen! This would of NEVER happened at PUBLIX! We are DONE shopping at KROGER the quality and experience is TRASH! We spend over $1500.00/month at this Kroger alone! We’ll now be shopping at PUBLIX ONLY which is a decision we were going to make soon anyway. Disgusting! Yes, my husband looks very young and get asked if those are his daughters all the time but not “I’m guessing you don’t live with their Mom?” and “Do you smell WEED?” WTH! He will not get a slap on the wrist this time! He’s going to LEARN today! Very bad training KROGER! This is not the 1st time!

I drive past at least 7 Kroger store pharmacies to have my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy because Dr. Christiane Wilson works there. Dr. Wilson is a highly dedicated and caring pharmacy professional. She is a highly personable, professional and caring pharmacist who represents Kroger well but more importantly represents the pharmacy profession well. She would represent well any pharmacy where she works. Her assistant Cheyenne is also caring and represents Kroger well. Absolutely the BEST!!! No improvement needed.

Was very busy at Kroger today but the cashiers were friendly and I didn’t have to wait long to check out.
