Just came here with our foster kids and my wife. Everything here is great, the cashier was nice and freindly. Good place to take your kids.

We came in on a weekend night at 8:20, so 40 minutes before closing. We had trouble getting our yogurt because a teenage girl who worked there, and her mom? and friend? who didn’t seem to work there, were blocking the machines as the girl ran water through the machines and into a big tub while the other two talked to her. She would then carry the water over to a sink near the register and slosh the dirty water in and around the sink right where people were getting yogurt and adding toppings. There were at least two machines that were already completely shut down for the night, other machines with no flavors, and the toppings area was a complete mess. We typically go to another location and it is really clean and well run, even near closing time, so we were very surprised.

I am surprised this location is allowed to stay open. The past few times I have walked inside, I felt grossed out. The toppings are either empty or almost empty and you can see that the containers are dirty. There’s grime built up on the counter and floors. The tables are always dirty, too. I don’t think they wash the topping containers or replace the toppings until they’re expired. Also, the frozen yogurt has been tasting off. I would be happily surprised to know if they ever clean the machines.I can’t eat froyo from here anymore.

Came today and no one at the register. Served our froyo and waited for the girl to charge us — waited about 3 minutes. Could have walked out with all three froyos. Really bad business for the owner. ?

Been here a bunch and it is ok, but usually lots of good flavors. Pretty unclean though. This visit I could not find a chair (it was empty) that wasn’t filthy. Dirt clearly from weeks or months of not washing. 50% of their machines were broken. Very disappointing. I guess cause it’s winter!

Absolutely filthy. All I wanted was the cake batter and dulce de leche and of course both didn’t work. Went to put toppings in as there was not hot fudge. Like how can you be out of the popular stuff?!? Always teenage girls working I have never seen a manger.

This location is disgusting. We had to leave. The soap dispenser in mens’ bathroom is busted on the floor so you know no one has washed their hands. The tables were filthy and two machines were broken. We won’t be back.

It is SO disgusting in there. There is always food CAKED to the floor, and the floors don't look like they've been mopped.. ever. Whenever I take my kids there (on the rare occasion that we do) I make them use our bathrooms at home because bathrooms there are an absolute NO... another thing that looks like it's never been cleaned since they opened. The place is ran by teenagers that sit at the counter on their phones. To be completely honest, I'm not sure how they're allowed to be open with how dirty it is.
The daytime staff is wonderful! My daughters love this place (:

I dropped my teenage daughter and her friend here so they could get some frozen yogurt while I went to publix and got some groceries. When I came back, I witnessed two little girls who worked at the store flip their middle finger at my girls. The store attendants then laughed hysterically until they saw me and proceeded to lock the front door and turn the lights off before closing time. I was absolutely disgusted with the treatment my girls received at this location. We will never be back, and I will advise anyone I speak with to not patronize this establishment. Don't the kids get enough of these games at school? They were just trying to unwind from a rough day, and they get this in return. The photo is the closed store earlier than closing time was all I could get because after they played their little game, they ran to the back and didn't come out. I sure hope management of this franchise sees this review and makes necessary changes.

This is the closest location for us and we like their staff and flavors. While the inspection rating is stellar, the cleanliness of the store (floor, walls, seating, etc) is extremely lacking! It makes me wonder what the back of the store looks like if the public sees that amount of grime. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be back soon unless they repaint and spend quality time cleaning the place.

It is kind of dirty inside however they have great toppings and flavors. My biggest gripe is how early they close especially in the summer. The area doesn't have a lot in terms of ice cream places. Feels like they are missing out on prime ice cream buying time by closing at 8.

I have not been to an establishment as filthy as this one. Makes me wonder when the machines were cleaned out. The floors, chairs, tables, rug and windows, pretty much everything was filthy. Will not be visiting this location again.
