Consistently good every time. We never dine in, always take out but their food never disappoints. It’s the closest thing to real NY style pizza you can find down here. Coming from a Sicilian family, I can say the sauce tastes authentic. We’ve been coming here for years and will continue to give this place our business!

The experience was not good; We were three diners and they brought us the dishes one by one every 10 minutes. The marinara pasta looked like they had opened the sauce pot and placed it on top without any dressing and the taste was horrible!!

The bread ? is too die for the pizza pies unbelievable the sauce you can't go wrong with. I'll be back there use to be a waitress that would wait on us . I lived 5 miles from NY for 23 years and Napoli's is the closest thing to a real NY pizza that you'll find in GA. So glad to have found it after years of searching for something to satisfy my craving for good pizza. Pretty damn good Alfredo and hot subs

First & foremost I would like to say this place is ran is all out of wack. This is my first time ever coming to this place.. so here how it goes.. You come in.. walk to the counter… order your food.. okay no problem. You would think if you sit down at a place you sit down the waitress comes to you places your food and all is grand no:/. When you tell the cashier what table number you are sitting at you assume the correct food and drinks go to your table right???? WRONG. Our drinks was sent to the wrong table. We told the lady our table number… didn’t get our drinks.. they gave the people next to us our drinks. The waitresses didn’t seem to know what went to what table. (Why ask for a table # if they can’t figure out where things go?) anyways… they gave us the wrong salad. The salad they gave my son was suppose to be for the table next to us. The cashier evidentially did not hear me when I specifically told her I wanted TWO orders of the same entree & only brought out of entree. The staff was mostly on their phones. They didn’t really check on tables to see if people were okay on refills or how things were going. My son had to get up and go to the counter to get a refill. What kind of place is ran here? I will never ever come back to this restaurant! I don’t care what the owner or whoever responds to these reviews has got to say because obviously you have a bunch of reviews stating how the service is and everything.. yeah your food might be good but the way the restaurant is ran and the service is. I would be surprised if people continue to come back. :)

They also provide a free salad on the side, the one they served me wasn’t what I requested. Completely different than what requested, They as well gave a free bread appetizer that was hard as a rock. Eventually I overheard the table behind me got the wrong drinks and the people at the table said the drinks were coke and Mr Pib, and those were the drinks we ordered, and we haven’t received ours yet. Our Main Appetizers we ordered were the garlic knots, they were good, Waiters on their phone instead of refilling drinks. I set a timer to see how long until they would refill my drinks, they never did, I had to come up my self to them and ask personally. To be exact on how long I waited it was 10 mins 5 seconds and 94 milliseconds. Once food came they only provided one order of the chicken Alfredo for the person I was with. Luckily it was big enough to share with. We asked for our other order for the chicken Alfredo But they never brought it..So I suggest don’t go here, because they will messed up your order and also give you the wrong things

Their pizza is good. But, there is no management! Several employees (maybe family) don't lift a finger to help. Friday night and we called in an order. They said 20 minutes. We arrived 25 minutes later. Line was to the door. They don't offer a separate pick up line!!!! How ridiculous. It took 25 minutes to get the food. It was cold. Why don't they put those girls to work and start a pick up line to the left of the cash register? I have left one other bad review, it has to be incredibly bad for me to take my time. I sincerely, hope management reads this and makes improvements.
