It's a Waffle House - clean, nice staff and the food quality one would expect from WH. But, this location will not take an order by phone for p/u when it's ready. You have to go there, order and wait. It's more of a minor inconvenience (w/o an obvious reason) than anything else, though.

Due to various family schedules, we are having to wait until later this evening to have our Thanksgiving meal. So we decided we would go to Waffle House for brunch. Many kudos to the team of associates. They were very busy and were working very hard and fast. Through it all, they maintained smiles on their faces and were very attentive and provided great service. We appreciate the wonderful experience that we had and hope these fine folks were able to enjoy their day after their shifts ended.

I ate there last week. Never sgain. I asked for buttered wheat toast unsliced. Got dry wheat toast.. by the time they gave me the butter, no melting. My bacon was black burnt crispy on half & raw rubbery on the other. Waitress was fine. The cook needs some classes.
