Get all of the way home to find the main part of my meal (Baconator) is not in the bag. I ordered more food and the bag was full so I didn’t think I would have to double check. I couldn’t go back and get it since my food would have been cold. Please double check that everything that someone purchased is in the bag - had to make something else when I got home (defeats the purpose of fast food).

Speed of service and ease of getting food was fine. Placed the order about 5 min before going to get it, went through the drive thru and it was ready when I got there. No one in line. I gave a bad rating because the employees were so rude. One on the speaker box was ok but the lady at the window just said “hi.” in an aggressive tone before basically shoving the food in my face, then proceeded to slam the window shut and not even say anything else like have a good day. I ordered nuggets with ranch and a chocolate frosty which I got as a bday freebie. The nuggets were good but the frosty was literally 3/4 full… see in pic. Will not be coming back here for sure unless they change their management and staff.

Please avoid this trash Wendy's. Just tired to walk inside and order and have my daughter use the bathroom as well. There was a customer inside but the door was locked!!? It's 428 and it's open, why are the doors locked?! Couldn't even order and I just left. I can see multiple employees inside not one came to the door. This location is horrible

Waited 10 mins to order. Saw the person making food not using gloves. Young girl asked me with an attitude “what you want” she seemed to be in a hurry to go somewhere. Other workers came walking in not acknowledging me as I stood there. Worst customer service I will never come to this Wendy’s

Service was just okay. We were helped and didn't have to wait, but the person helping us was also preparing food so clearly multitasking. We ordered wraps, which were poorly put together. And fries were not fresh at all. Drink machine was difficult to use. Needs cleaning or calibration.
