Maybe because they had been sitting in Styrofoam waiting for me to pick them up. The chilli on them was OK, not great, OK. But I'm a Chilli Snob, so you might love it. I will tell you that for some reason in this part of Florida, meaning Hilliard and Callahan, they don't season their seafood, so be prepared for some BLAND fish and shrimp. You've been warned.
