The young lady working as the cashier had a serious attitude problem. I was asking her why the price was ringing up differently on the register than what was printed on the menu. She was insisting it was different because I added something onto my gyro. I explained that that wasn’t why. She yelled at me and walked away out of frustration. Her coworkers stepped in and very easily explained that the prices on the printed menu are old and no longer accurate. I thanked them for explaining that and paid for my order. She needs to work on customer service because yelling at customers is NEVER okay.

It took about 5 minutes for staff to acknowledge us at the order counter. We finally placed order of 4 gyros, at 1:50. At 2:15 I asked for status of order and was told was shift change would be another 15 minutes. Order was received at approximately 2:30. The gyros were extremely disappointing. Not at all what I was expecting.

Ordered a gyro wrap plate with potatoes and a salad. I asked for the sauce on the potatoes. I got my food and went home. My gyro was just a pita and meat. No sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and whatever else comes on it. My potatoes... sauce-less. I was so angry because this was my first time here in years and I really used to enjoy the food. But F them. I'm never going back.

Little strip mall restaurant with surprisingly good Greek food. I highly recommend the Spanicopita.
My first time eating at Nick’s was in Hapeville, and I loved it! The Gyro was freshly cut, and the potatoes were cooked when ordered! I had a totally different experience at the Forest Park location. The Gyro meat was already cut, waiting in a pan, all dried out, skimpy portions, and hard on the edges. The pita bread was as bad as the gyro meat, stale and hard! I won’t be back! I’d rather travel the extra mile to Hapeville, where they take pride in making your food or Arby’s 2 for $5, Uck! I recommend the Gyros and potatos, but not at this location!
