I love this location because It's convenient, right off the freeway. They are quick and efficient and have fresh, delicious sandwiches. #9 is the best.

When I walked in, I could see two managers SCREAMING and clapping their hands at an employee and a jacket on the floor. The two managers proceeded to barate the employee and I asked for someone to call the police and I waited for the police to arrive. Everyone should lose their jobs including the general/District manager who hired them. The only sensible person there was seemingly the employee, which is weird. Do better.

The lady on the register had a stink attitude and was upset about something. I hope she finds a new line of work, alone.She told me she wasn't making whole sandwiches. I wanted one Giant and Eight inch. I asked what was the difference between the sandwiches and the three halves and she walked off. Luckily another Kayla overheard and came and rang up the order. The young lady came back over and started making the sandwiches and I had to force her to put what I wanted on it.Afterward, she slammed them on the counter and walked off. I stop by about 5 pmand that young lady needs an 86 on the spot!

Walked in after work to order 2 Turkey Tom's. And was told there was no bread... I saw an entire rack of bread...I said whtz that. They said it's not ready. It would take 20 min. So I said that's fine. It was like the worst thing I ever could have done. All the employees were immediately irritated. I wished I would have left. An officer came in and they got straight on it...I thought the bread wasn't ready... worst JJ ever...

I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s usually just ok. Not one of the better Jimmy johns in the city, but the food is what you would expect. But, this time I was too grossed out with what I saw and I had to ask for a refund. From the cashiers going back and forth between making food and handling money with the same gloves, to flies just all over the food and sub paper. I just couldn’t eat it.

This is my first and last visit. Upon entering and ordering my food there were several people waiting for their food. I placed my order and got in line. The staff was moving slow and one of the staff members stopped to speak to a friend on the other side of the counter on several occasions. I espectáculo minimum effort but this by far has been the most irritating service. Your job is not rocket science, you do not have to be polite but get food out the way than socialize.
This is my third visit in the past month, and I now have an opinion of the place. The food is good, portions are great, and the bread is fresh. My first visit, the gentleman was very accommodating. I went in the afternoon. My second visit I placed on an app and got it promptly when they opened. My third visit was the only one that made me hesitant. The app, as well as Google, states that the location opens at 10:00 a.m., however I got a call at 10:15 saying the location would not open until 11:00 and asked if I wanted to cancel my order that I placed online. I had just pulled up at 10:20 and the person was accommodating enough to make my order, however it is the confusion with which I am not comfortable. I thought this would be a good location to pick up a sandwich before I go into work on Saturdays. I believe this may be a good location but suffers from employees needing to communicate with each other better.

I love Jimmy John’s and visit frequently but this location is going downhill with time. It’s like every time I come in either I have to tell them to proper way to make my sandwich but this time it’s them giving me what they want and not what I paid for. So they have this new Jalapeño Wrap with a Jalapeño sauce and this is the 3rd time they have forced me to accept it all because they refuse to make kick’n ranch which is very much a different sauce. I will be calling corporate come morning. I tried to call the store n let the employee know they should inform someone but she basically told me it’s basically the same and I should be fine rude af

The worst service!!!!! I asked the girl that was making my sandwich if she put oil and vinegar on it and she answered with an attitude. I told the manager and the girl interrupted and called me a lier in front of the manger and the manager did absolutely nothing! I will never go there again! Terrible customer service and zero professionalism.

This place is disgusting and the employees are equally disgusting. They use gloves to make orders clean and be on their phones and do not change them. The sandwich station disgusting the fountain machine disgusting my very first try of this franchise and never again will I every try this location again!!

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. I ordered delivery paid five dollars for a tip and had to go get my delivery after over an hour waiting. What the heck Jimmy John’s? you need new management!
