The chicken is great for the price. I would pick this place over kfc in a heart beat. Great fast food place! Kfc has 8 pcs of chicken for about 30 dollars where, here it's 8pcs for 11.99.

For a gas station they have Good chicken tenders ! I was surprised ! We ordered for a family party and got the tenders with fries and biscuits. I like the biscuits but one was like eating a cookie so not always tender. That is why I took off one star because I love biscuits... lol

Pretty good and reasonably priced! I always get the dark meat with mashed potatoes and gravy. Sometimes the chicken might've sat under the heat lamp for awhile so it might not always be fresh. If you're looking to satisfy krispy krunchy chicken cravings with a cajun kick, look no further.

The chicken is somewhat a bit pricey but they do give you some decent big pieces and it does have some grease but not much. They cook the chicken pretty well making the fried chicken maybe chewy. It doesn't take to long to make the chicken too.

Not judging it low because it was inside a gas station, but because I got shorted. Ordered a 4-piece mixed meal and 6 tender meal. Got a 4-piece mixed and 4 tenders. Should've checked since this always happens to me at Popeye's also.

Hispanic woman at the counter has to go. Rude. Always on her phone while on the job. I waited additional time at the counter until she finished the whatever she was going so I could place my order. Definitely needs better training I'm sure if it wasn't for Covid and businesses unable to find employees she'd be long gone. As for the chicken and the gas station have gone downhill since they first opened.

The chicken is always krispy and krunchy as advertised! Lol. I come here during the week at lunch time as it is a few miles from the office. Always in & out pretty quick during the week and good service from the ladies who work at the counter. I've come once or twice on weekends and the wait can be a bit long at times. Definitely recommend to come here if you are looking to quickly satisfy a fried chicken craving.

Hi Habibi's, This place is halal! My mom loves this place. Its so funny because when we first pulled up she was not impressed at all. She likes your typical middle eastern halal food, rice with meat and some tabouleh/hummus. I think its hilarious that she cant stop talking about this place now. This place looks like your typical gas station type food but its a prime example of how you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Seriously, sooooooo flavorful. idk how they marinate the chicken but its crazy on the inside. Not to mention the nice kkkkrispy outer layer that just explodes with a crunch when you bite in. I never get any of the sides. I believe I first tried this place in Tracy when I pulled up to a gas station and saw a halal sign. Since then they have been consistent and fresh each time. *Just a heads up: they don't have every part of the chicken at all times and employees are not always willing to fry it fresh for you. So if you only eat drumsticks or etc I would try and get there early. Save your chicken until five minutes before grub time and place it in your air fryer or oven. Delicious and tastes just as good!

At the beginning it's 5 star now it's 2 star quality starting to whittle down. Visited 3 times now and very dry. Course they still want to sell it to you even if it fell in the floor.

Gas station chicken doesn't sound too appetizing but this place does a great job. The chicken was tender inside and crispy outside. The sandwich was not as good as Popeye's but was sufficient. The corn muffins were unique-- sweet-- so if you are used to more savory, this will be a nice change. The potato wedges were delicious and cook all the way through which is hard to do with large potatoes. They were fast and made everything perfectly. The taste is not as good as Popeyes which I think they are trying to imitate, but the price is generally better. I will be back!

It's all in the name, seriously. Granted I ordered from this place from DoorDash at 2am in the morning, the crunchiness DEFINITELY lived up to the name. Every bite is going to be that perfectly crunchy bite one should expect from fried chicken. My ONLY complaint/feedback is the saltiness of the chicken. It was pretty damn salty, albeit less salty than other places I've tried but still VERY salty. Would definitely need a glass of water/or a few while eating this chicken. Still, however, for 2am fried chicken off of DoorDash of all places, this was literally some of the juiciest chicken I've had in my life. No bite was dry. Perfectly crunchy skin(despite the salt levels) and perfectly juice filled meat. 100% would order again. Try this place you damn ch**kens!!!

Did I ever in my life think that I would crave fried chicken from a gas station? No, but here I am craving it as a write this review. I came across this place while driving by, and immediately judged it. Ew, gas station chicken, but I was oh so very wrong. My fellow Yelpers highly rated this place so I said ok, no one died, lemme try it out. It took a while cuz they made freshly fried chicken. It was still piping hot when I got it home. And soooo crunchy! The wedges were not great, the Mac & cheese were decent. But that fried goodness-get in my belly!

Some places say they’re crispy and crunchy yet fall short. KKC, lives up to their name! It’s so good, by the time it was our turn in line the popular 8 piece dark meat had just been bought up. We hadta wait for 1/2 an hour, but we didn’t mind. If it’s selling out that’s a good sign. We went across the way to do some grocery shopping and came back just in time for our order to be packed up. Clean environment and gas up while you’re there. Was our 1st time so we didn’t study the menu in depth. A friend of mine told me later that the jambalaya is

Honest review: Questions I ask myself when getting gas station food: 1. Is this place dirtier or sketchier than most? 2. Why am I getting food at a gas station? 3. Am I going to get Covid-19 from this place? 4. Mask up? 100% 5. Weird look on peoples faces? I drive an EV and it's weird rolling up into this gas station!! I haven't been to a gas station but once in a blue moon the past several years. Pros: Very good crispy flaky fried chicken without the overwhelming amount of grease. I wish I knew how they made it, but in a way glad I don't know. Mash and Gravy: Tastes great, good amount of gravy on mash, could be better but again, glad I don't know how it's made! Biscuits better than the Blueberry Scones they got which is better with coffee Mac n cheese is good, kids like it Cons: Sketchy area and in a gas station convenience store. Lack of utensils, plates, hot sauce, honey, and napkins. Small size is kids size small and large size is too small

Mashed potato: 3.5/5. It's not hot. You can eat right right away. Taste is ok. I can do without. Mixed pieces: 4/5. Cajun rocks! It's much tastier than Popeyes and KFC! The 8 piece mixed has 2 wings, 2 drums, 2 small breasts, and 2 big breasts.
