Oh my word!!!!! Where is the 0 stars button?!?!? I came in to order a teriyaki steak foot long, when I tell y’all everything that could be wrong was wrong. The lady didn’t even greet me she just said “what you want”, ok I let that go! So we started with her picking through the meat, I was side eyeing her then, we get to the cheese and toasting it…. Ok we made it through!!!! But then she tried to put old veggies some had water all around them and she wanted to put it on my sandwich. I told her if she couldn’t get me fresh veggies I didn’t want it. That lady started putting everything back that she just touched. ?The moral of the story do t eat here!!!!

Well this is more of a personal experience, so I had a coupon for a foot long sub i had not long before left the eye doctor so my eyes had been dilated , anyway i had used this type of coupon before, BUT now it comes with all these subs that don't qualify in using the coupon I had never experienced this before so when I got to the register I had ordered a roast beef up pretty ordinary and it was told to me that that particular sub was not eligible for the coupon I said really because I had never had this problem before in using that same type of coupon but apparently it's been a different stipulation on the coupons now well I was hungry and just wanted to get to the house so I went ahead and bought it to my shop literally shock it rung up as 13 dollars I could not believe it I could have went to Publix and got a better sandwich with definitely more meat in it I will never I mean never go back to Subway what a rip off and it don't even hardly have any meat in it I'm done with that stuff chain it won't see me anymore and I sure won't be spending any of my money in there rip off?

Using the subway app is useless at this location. You’ll arrive to pick up the order & it’s not ready, one employee & a line of five people. Avoid this location.

This is dumb. I placed a mobile order on the app to avoid a line at lunch and there is only one (friendly) employee working today. Waited longer than if I would have just walked in. Won't be returning to this location as they aren't prepared for customers or the day.

I came In tonight to order cookies. The guy that was there immediately had an attitude as if he didn’t wanna serve me and made a comment under his breath about it being 30 minutes till close. I am usually told I do not have to stand in line for cookies but I waited patiently behind the 3 people who were already there. I was given dirty looks and laughed at for just patiently waiting. He then said “So are you gonna place an order or pickup”? Very rudely. I told him I only came to get cookies but I didn’t want them anymore because of how horrible his attitude was. I work next door, he proceeds to walk into my job and go off on me in front of my customers and coworkers asking me what my issue was and I hadn’t even done or said anything out the way to this kid. He’s extremely unprofessional and needs to get fired.

We just made an order on the app, and our sandwiches were HORRIBLE. We ordered 2 foot longs and it had so much many on it you couldn't even win it off, all the things we ask not to be on our sandwich was on them. It was HORRIBLE the sandwiches were soggy from the mayo. I would NEVER put that much mayo on anything. It's already bad enough with prices going up so much but to have to throw away 2 footings is RIDICULOUS. I really hope that management will reach out to us about this.
