They had roaches running around underneath grill and coolers where they stored food I told them about I see roaches still ask me can they take my order so disgusting

They need help bad! No workers the ones that was there ( the cook) she was trying to train all at the same time which was not good when it came to the services. The food was good but this was my first time having all my food in the same container. It took me about an hour just to get a steak and hash browns.

Been waiting 20 minutes to get inside. Three workers. At least 8 cars pulled off since waiting. People outside waiting to get in. It’s currently 3:28am nowhere near busy to be closedSince when they close down to stock up?

Bacon was cooked exactly as ordered. The place was busy, but the staff worked together to get the food out quickly.
The staff was very unprofessional. Some employees had their butts showing from pants being too little and too tight. They cursed in front of the customers. The atmosphere and service has gone down

I stopped eating out compared to most ppl. I do it every now and then. Today we missed breakfast so I took one of the little ones thats not in school for some food. My four stars comes from my having serving tables over 14yrs and 2 being at a waffle House. We sat in the chairs waiting for a table but sat at the high counter due to time management. We had other things to do. No one said anything to us until we sat at the high counter. After that everybody was fine. All the food came, didn't need anything. My lady said her hash browns were a little too crispy but wasn't that big of a deal. We was able to eat and leave within our time limit. My lady is a truck driver in the area so I would eat there again if I decide to eat out again.
Me personally I have nothing against waffle house employees. I'm just wondering and trying to figure out why I cannot call and place an order If I cannot order online ?

My daughter and I stopped in for my favorite pecan waffles. We do Waffle House about twice a month, we'd do it more often but we wouldn't be able to to waddle if we did. We love everything they have, never had bad food from any Waffle House!!!
