Yojay's Yogurt is located in a small shopping center, which might be easy to miss if you're not looking carefully. Upon entering, I noticed an unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. The variety of yogurt flavors is quite limited, with only 8 options available. Pricing is fixed based on cup size, with large cups priced at $9 and small at $5, rather than the usual by-weight pricing found in many yogurt shops. The customer service at the cashier was disappointing, falling just short of what one might consider adequate. On a positive note, for those driving electric vehicles, There is a charging station with two spots, which is a convenient feature for eco-friendly customers.Overall, while the fixed pricing and EV charging are pluses, the limited flavor selection, unpleasant initial experience, and lackluster customer service make Yojay's a less appealing option for a yogurt treat.

0/10 service never come here. Customer service is horrible, employees are so rude.

They are usually okay service but me and partner came in with half the machines not working. Which we can look past but the rancid smell was enough for us to turn around and leave. Last time we came a similar smell was there but tolerable. This time though, it was basically unbearable. Please fix the rancid eggs/mop water smell

Didn't answer their phone. The employee was sitting on her butt not doing anything and was scared to speak up. They were out of basically everything and their toppings were stale ! Told the employee and she acted like she didn't care. Wouldn't recommend at all!!

So good and met the owner. Everything is homemade I really enjoyed my time and the service was amazing

Not all machines were working, but they had a decent selection. The toppings area was neat & clean. The seating area could have been a little cleaner. The floors needed mopping. One young lady working, she was very quiet when explaining how everything worked.

I came to get frozen yogurt today 07/21/23 at 4:05pm and they were closed. No sign. Nobody inside. The lights were off. It’s a Friday afternoon. Why wouldn’t you be open for business? Super unprofessional

Yogurt was delicious, among the best I've ever tasted, prices are reasonable, and staff was very polite and helpful, especially Jada, best customer service ever, will come back often

Now I have been coming here literally since the first months they opened, why do I keep coming back to the entire shop being out of products lol no machines work. Please don’t waste the drive like I did.

Decided to try someplace new last night. Website says new weekend hours they are open until 10pm. Drove across town to this establishment. Sat in the parking lot while we finished some takeout wings. Watched customers walking in and then immediately back out. We went in around 940pm. I asked if they were still open. A teenage boy and girl replied "sort of". I asked what that meant. They said I could get yogurt but all the toppings were put away. I told them that meant they were closed. We left. A wasted trip. Just keeping the lights on until 10pm is pointless.

This place was so nice when it first opened, we came a lot. The last 2 times I've come here though, their selection is very limited because the machines are shut down. They have 21 flavor dispensers and only 8 of them working. I doubt I'll be back. It's too expensive to only have less than half the options.

Half of the machines weren't working. The place smell like toilet water and the toppings that I selected were stale. I will not be returning.
