I wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes, get my food and leave. I get home and they didn’t make the burger right, literally just asked for no bun and it was like I asked them solve the meaning of life. Forgot to put the fries in. And gave me the wrong blizzard. So I’m about 15 minutes away and the original blizzard they gave me was already melting so I really didn’t want to being a melting ice cream cup in my car. Didn’t really think I needed proof of purchase considering I gave them the receipt. It’s a waste of time and customers gas to have to come back to your store and get told they can’t fix their screw up because of the owners policy. So I had to buy one, and I’m not driving back home to drive back to the store. But what I will do is tell people how horrible the service is and their policies on fixing their screw ups just costs the customer even more in time and money. Maybe you could post something saying, we need the blizzard back if we screwed it up, so we can make the order right. But I’ll tell you who does respond. Their executive team over all of Dairy Queen. They got a lovely email from me tonight.

I never leave reviews but we stopped here on our way home from the beach and an employee by the name of Ms. Casey was just above and beyond in terms of kindness and overall customer service. She deserved to be recognized!! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
