i just wanna say, to the lovely lady who commented about waiting 5 min for her coffee, it was slammed busy that day with only 3 baristas (one being a manager). if you ever have to wait at this location please be patient with them, as people do not show up to work and especially around the holidays, we don’t get enough labor hours to have a good amount of staff. these workers are absolutely amazing and so sweet and deserve a raise. if you don’t wanna wait 5 minutes for a coffee, then maybe you should plan more time for yourself to get up and ready. they do try their best and thank you for sharing all of the nice comments.

Line was moving so slow and they still got my order wrong.
Spoke to the manager who was full of excuses regarding the filthy bathrooms and the fact that I walked in to an empty store and waited 5 minutes for someone to look my way. There was not one person ahead of me. I asked if I would have to wait more than 5 minutes for a coffee. The answer was yes. I left. No thankyou!!!

Stopped here on my way to the house from the airport. I definitely needed a pick me up! We ordered a few drinks, a hot white chocolate mocha latte, an iced chai tea latte with matcha creme foam, honey citrus mint tea, caramel frappuccinos. I had so many Stars( reward points) that my drinks were free. Had never been to this location before but all our drinks were well made and given to us quickly. Thank you.
