Employee # 23213 excellent. This young lady doing everything with a longline. 10 humans left which = $ owners/management should get their act together. If they don't hire then work themselves. Best sell your business because you don't know how to run a business!
Poor girl was working the entire restaurant by herself. Was really stacked up when we arrived and my wife really wanted sandwiches. The worker kept her cool despite all the people and made really good sandwiches. Kudos for her!

Stopped in for lunch on Easter Sunday as we headed out for vacation. Ethel was working on her own, with a restaurant full of people, and was still smiling and pleasant to every single customer. She even took the time to speak kindly to the children & was patient with them as well. Our sandwiches were delicious and the service was even better.
