I love bojangles but I was very dissatisfied today. It was not busy, there were no cars in the drive thru behind us but after waiting for some fresh Bo-rounds we asked for some mayonnaise from the attendant and she said we would have to come inside to get it. Even McDonald’s has better service than that! Then once I was inside I had to deal with the same unpleasant woman again. Good biscuits but awful service.

Had not been back to the Bojangles in Ft. Oglethorpe since it re-opened last October. And won't go back again after a terrible meal this evening... I ordered the fish sandwich. It came out quickly. Probably too quickly, as it was painfully obvious that it had been sitting in some bin for hours. Not only did it look nothing like the image on the menu board - a nice large piece of fish, well larger than the bun. It did not exceed the size of the bun at all, and it was flat, cold, dry and very fishy, In fact, it was probably the worst piece of fish I have ever had. The bun, tartar sauce and cheese were OK. The fries were also cold and heavily overseasoned. I'd had a very trying couple of days, and the idea of going to the front and asking someone to prepare a fresh meal was just too much, so I ate what I could. My husband's chicken dinner seemed fine. The music - some kind of sped-up ED versions of popular songs - was atrocious. Complete waste of almost $20.

They have a worker named Darius and he plays his music way too loud. His attitude is terrible and it has caused me to resign from my job yesterday. This person needs to be let go. It was once a great place to work at. And I question it's future should the shenanigans continue.

Food was fresh but it seems like 9 out 10 times we come to this location something is missing from our orders. In the beginning we thought it was because of a new crew but now I don't know what the issue is. I've worked fast food and I know it can be hectic, but almost every time we come here something is missing. We've started checking the bag while we are at the window (extending the wait times) just to be sure everything is there. It's a hassle that shouldn't be happening this often.
I went through drive thru and heard employees private conversation while I was TRYING to place my order. All I wanted was a biscuit. She said what else? I said that is all, politely for the 2nd time. She said I don't know who she's yelling at!!!!! First off, I never raised my voice. I drove up to the window and told them I didn't appreciate hearing their personal conversation while trying to place my order and told them to keep their biscuit. I will never go back there EVER!

SO GREAT!! I'm so happy they reopened this place!!! I have came here a few times and ate inside usually I go through the drive thru(which is always good for when you're in a rush) but when I went in there everyone was kind I order and by the time I sat down my food was done ✅ and it was fresh everything was exactly what I expected looked just like the picture on the menu. Highly recommend going here
