“I got a frozen hot chocolate and a pop cup… We sat at the window after ordering for probably 7 to 10 minutes waiting for both items. It was dead there there was nobody so I’m not sure why it took so long but that’s OK. The lady at the window wasn’t excessively friendly but she wasn’t not… You could tell it was time to go “
“My first time here at Duck Donuts, the staff was extremely warm and welcoming. They explained what the donuts were made out of (vanilla cake) and the various topping. I ended up getting a dozen. 5 Cinnamon Sugar, 1 Powered, 1 Maple bacon, 1 Vanilla latte,1 coffee cake, 1 peanut butter with peanuts, and then 2 espresso icing with Carmel drizzle. Needless to say, only about 4 of those actually made it out of the parking lot. They were extremely delicious. I recommend taking a peek at what they can do for you and your sweet tooth!“
“The absolute best donuts we have found. When we visit family out of state we have standing orders to bring donuts. They even have my caramel iced coffee and it is fabulous!!! Such a variety of donuts from the melt in your mouth glazed to donuts with so many icings and toppings it is a challenge to pick a favorite. Great music and atmosphere for taking your time and picking out the exact flavors for the day. The staff seem more like friends to us than simply people who work there. Always with a smile too.“
“The espresso martini mocktail might be my favorite drink anywhere, ever. I would have this as my morning coffee every day if I lived closer. The teas and coffees are all great too, but the mocktails are not to be missed! Lots of vegan and GF snackies available, fun decor, and most importantly- kind, talented staff. Love it here.“
“Walked in needing a half sheet for a going away. Gave them a crazy drawing and color scheme. And they nailed it!And we requested a marble cake, that many bakeries don't like doing. They said, no trouble at all.Picked up, ready as planned.Everyone at work enjoyed the cake, and were very complimentary of the bakery. I am sure glad i listened to a co worker who said, only Jackson's is going to be able to do it.“
“Good variety of flavors, donuts are sized well for price, they're nice to look at and even better to taste. They can be split for kids or sharing flavors between people, a bit messy but to be expected. Try to get there earlier in the day if you're looking for a specific flavor since they tend to go out quick.“
“Fantastic stop and well worth it!!! The apple fritter, maple bacon, Double chocolate, cinnamon pinecone, chocolate glazed, and blueberry fried pie were all delicious. Very fresh! The workers were kind and patient while we browsed. Very happy we made the stop on our way home from Florida.“

“I’ve been getting donuts from donut palace since 2003, when I was just a kid. My mom would take me to donut palace just about every Saturday morning at least and we’d get eclairs and apple fritters.Now I’m an adult and we had moved away in 2006, but the past year I decided I should take my husband and kids to the best donut shop I’ve ever been to!The staff is still as nice and courteous as they’ve always been. The donuts still blow my mind.I always have to have an eclair or Bavarian filled donut. There’s nothing like it from any other donut shop, even Krispy Kreme. It’s always been my go to.My husband LOVES the strawberry iced with sprinkles. My son goes for a chocolate iced donut and he’s also crazy for them.My daughter got strawberry donut holes on todays visits and I have to agree with her that they are like tiny bites of Heaven. Not overly glazed, perfectly bite sized, and they just melt in your mouth. I’ve had the regular glazed, the chocolate drizzle, and the blueberry donut holes too and they’re all addictive! If I wouldn’t get sick from the sugar, I’d eat my weight in them. They’re just too good!!I somewhat recently took my mom an Apple fritter and it brought back all those memories from two decades ago. She agreed with me that the quality is just as good as it’s ever been. Also gonna add in that their prices are WAY more reasonable than the chain donut shops! It’s crazy that you get a donut a hundred times better for a fraction of the cost. I don’t know how they do it but I am super thankful for an affordable haul!If you need any donuts for any reason, donut palace will always be the best choice. We dream about making our next trip!!Parking: There’s a couple spots in front but the lot it’s in is spacious and easy to park in.Kid-friendliness: A kid is automatically gonna love a good donut shop!! They have plenty of options to choose from. Something for everyone!“
