At all my times being here I have came accustomed to the wonderful service but tonight I had the best experience I've have ever had with my party's waitress Kim, she not only engaged with my party, but made sure we were at the most comfortable and well tended too, when I come back I hope I get Kim as waitress again and I highly recommend anyone who eats here gets her as a waitress.

Service though kind & polite, was slow, however I believe it was because of the kitchen. A very simple order took a long time & finally when received it the majority was overcooked & dry. Upside - the manager did come to the table & apologize & comped the meal. Won't be visiting again. Very disappointed.

Wish I could rate it a 0. Went to the Fort Oglethorpe one on a Sunday at 11:50 AM with my 2 daughters. Went to the bathroom and both toilets were filthy and the garbage was full. The smell was horrible. That bathroom hadn't been cleaned in awhie. There were about 3 other tables in the restaurant. 4 workers standing at the hostess stand and after 12 minutes of us waiting on a server to come greet us, we got up and left. No wonder the parking lot was near empty. We went next door to Logans and had great service. That was my last visit to that O'Charley's.

I ordered a chop steak but I have no idea what was on the plate they brought me. It looked and tasted nothing like meat. I took one tiny taste a refused to eat it.

What they DON'T tell you about their Tuesday $10 fish n chips is that it's a way smaller portion than normal. I would have rather paid full price for a full meal not an appetizer!
I believe "Akira" (I hope I am spelling this correctly) helped us today! Excellent service- absolutely turned a good meal into a great dining experience! The food was fresh, tasty, well made and delicious; but the friendly attentive service was very appreciated! Thank you! 6 stars, were it possible!

Last month the food was mostly good. But today, the absolute worst! What a waste of forty dollars! The fish was undercooked, the rolls were hard and hollow inside, the baked potato was not cooked thoroughly and the Mac and cheese had very little cheese and were cold. What a disgrace to the O’Charley’s name.
